How's it do on the freeway? Is it just screamin all the time at xRPM? How is the vibration at freeway speeds as well. I ask because my DR650 does so so on the freeway, it vibrates quite a bit and its revving at like 5k RPM at around 70 MPH.
I rode my 690's stock "2x4" sear from centralia to just before cali border on the Pacific coast highway 1000 miles in 3 days just have to man up! I commute 50 miles every day and the first year I've had it put 15,000 miles on it
nwOutdoorAdventures, I'm looking to trade one of my bikes for this bike (2007 model) with 13,500 miles. The bike looks mint, has had a valve clearance service at 10k, and has been well maintained, etc. What is your ball park opinion price wise? I'm trying to figure out how much cash he should throw on top in the deal. Thanks, Aaron
Hi. I got one myself, but I`m interested in that type of Skid plate you got on yours. Perhaps you can tell me where to get one, and how much it costs? Regards P (Norway)
Tubetsu erm... yes im aware its a common thing. that doesnt expalin at all how it makes any sense to name a bike a random number which is not the same but fairly close to its cc no. its like tricking the buyer in alot of cases. take the husky 701... its not a 700cc bike. its not even close to being
I think you are mistaken super moto with dirt bikes which engine is measured by running hours not miles... sm610 service interval should be the same as most street bikes, that is ~3k miles
Valuable review! Many seem to think they just need to rev the bike or ride it (no commentary) for a video.
Service intervals around 5k km or 3k miles on manual no? ;)

Going to look at a 610 today for $2500. Hope it's ok.
2:57 that 3rd gen hatch doe!
Why do supermotos require more maintenance then normal or smaller bikes?
Less cylinders, high compression.

What is your opinion of the reliable of that motorcycle?
Test rode 1 today just for curiosity was going to add it to the garage but naaa not for me stick to what I know, speed , good video sir.
why do you have to change the oil every 1000 miles? That sounds like a pain.
JoeGo101 hey joe 😂

How did it turn out? I am looking at a 07 610 11,572 miles $3500... thinking that is too much money

which skidplate did you choose?
Seen a local dealer has a 07 Husq610 for $3500 with 11,572 miles.... don't like supermoto like Honda xr650l better but can't find one
The revised service manual says oil changes every 3100 miles
why do they call it a 610 if its only 576cc?
Adventure Riders common motorcycle naming thing. For example ktm 690 smc/enduro is 660cc

Did the engine get the oil pump finally? Earlier models used to have very basic oil-splash lubrication
+jjacks85 All dual motors have 2 oil pumps since 1998...
Eyeballing one on fb marketplace for $3,150 with 3200 miles lol
I made the mistake of fucking around with it offroad lol.. just so happen to have a video of that incident on my channel

What is handling to you? Not a very elaborate explanation, lulz
you are a stronger man than I!
Nice I have an 06 sm610
Lol not stronger just crazier! But yes it is hard to walk anything after 300 straight miles!
