setiap kali 30 saat.. 10s pertama can survive 10s kedua perut terasa nk tercabut 10s terakhir perut lendur..hahahhaah..happy for my third day..im never been serious in plank ,but thanks this vid make me burn out..
plank is a good workout for whole body training without the risk of injury :)
