Skye you lemon you’re leaving the floodgates in the upper area wide open and allowing a bunch of water to escape during dry seasons. Either close them partway or tear them out and replace them with dams so you store more water.
By clicking on the heads-up-display (HUD) that summarizes beaver jobs (unemployed, unfilled jobs, etc), you can see beavers that are unemployed as well as other info. There are multiple tabs that you can click between for various valuable pieces of info. One of them shows all your buildings that have workers. You can pause/unpause, increase employment priorities, prioritize by haulers, etc. I think you could gain a lot of efficiency from using that screen, but the one main way I believe you MUST use it is to check if you have all buildings fully staffed. If you see something saying x/n, and x is equal to n, then that building is NOT fully staffed. Make sure a building is fully staffed before building another building of the same type.
That page is a must for me. It is especially helpful switching over to bots too. I've also found scavenger flags and lumberjack flags that have been idle for who knows how long with that page since I never think about checking the progress of clearing operations unless it's for my immediate next area

I'm not liking the updated mine, the resources it needs to make scrap metal is somewhat annoying but the injury frequency is crazy high, I guess it's a way to force you to start using bots. Only way to get a steady supply of scrap is to fill the mine with workers, but in a day or 2 you'll have 20 injured beavers. Bots in the mine was the only way to get my well being over 70. OSHA would shut that mine down if it was a real one. 😁
I suggest to do a sky high dam surrounding the to water sources now that you can build waterduct for badwater in U6. I think you already planned that. 🤔
Not sure why you have so many water pumpers anyway? You could easily drop a few to clean up that pool. You've inspired me to do more with decorations, instead of the hellscape I sometimes create. ;-)
His priority system makes me laugh. Highest Priority = Normal Priority Normal Priority = Whenever you have time, Lowest Priority = Really just a blueprint, never going to be built until he is ready for it

I'm surprised when you was designing the left wing of the dam extension that you didn't take advantage of the stairs right beside it and use it to lay the dynamite on all the blocks connected to them. It would have saved you a lot of time and effort blowing all them blocks of dirt up before you laid the walls in, now you're going to have to install a brand new staircase and chip away at the blocks from the inside of the dam.

It doesn't matter, when they reach the bottom of the map it just continue producing dirt without digging deeper.
