I am a big fan of Tamagoyaki, and your version looks really yummy, thanks a lot for sharing Akis ! In Tokyo, I learnt to cook it, and they use only eggs, mirin, soysauce and a little bit of sugar. But as I like cheese and sesame oil and chives, I will try your version soon.

more like Korean way than Japanese way. Kyoko,tamagoyaki shows more silky and less ingredients and Korean displays more ingredients and firm texture. kinda cultural taste involved.
The Japanese omelettes I had was only with eggs, no soy sauce, no chimes, no cheese, only eggs. I had some soy sauce on another small plate to use.
