Great video as always just wish they came out more often I find them so interesting could be a fly on the wall all day around all this sort of stuff, just learning small things each video 👍, excellent video thanks
Absolute legend ! It’s great to see the excitement of what you do but also how strict you are when needed to tenants and staff your fairly an inspiration I often get put down by people for having too many fingers in too many pies but your day in the life videos are proof it can be done efficiently looking forward to the next video already !
Thank you James as usual an interesting take on things and lm sure your on a outright winner with the glamping ... I have just come back from Scotland to my home in Yorkshire ... I stayed 2nights in a glamping tent on my visit to climb Ben Nevis now booking a glamping tent to ages because of how busy they are... Good luck James
My god, your enthusiasm and manner is incredible. Any material that you would recommend that's helped you with that amazing confidence that you have? I take it that it's from you magician days ha. Thanks.
We’re all dished some natural skills, I suppose confidence was mine. I’ve got plenty of challenges that I work on to improve! Thanks for your kind words!
Great video. I’ve run a Glamping site in the north west for just over 9 years. If there’s anything you want to pick my brain on feel free to get in touch. I’ll also be at the Glamping show on the 16th in the midlands. Alex 👍
are they on leases or licences, just do what most landlords do add a massive service charge and just use it for insurance, a few pallets and tubes not that bad a as a working estate and at least not scrap cars. Always be upfront if struggling as all in the same boat and business can be hard.
I think the flat bed printer is a great idea. We have four of them now and looking to get another one. With ink costs under a £1 per square metre you should save a fortune . I could send you a list of our plastic board suppliers if that would help.
Hey James, what age did you start getting into this? I fear as I'm 24 with a job and looking to just get things rolling it's a little tough for me to consider doing any of this right now. What age did you start and how did you start?
I started my biz when I was around 16; the plans around 15. I was well under way by age 21. I will tell you this, the older you get the more risk adverse you become. Making a start now before kids and tie downs gives you a huge head start. Consider starting the business whilst you have a job? Maybe find a job working for an entrepreneur so you can learn what they do?
@@JamesSinclairEntrepreneur Have you done a video on the teddy bears yet? I.e. how much you buy them for, how much you sell them for, and how you go about getting these customers?
I don’t know. You tell me! They are growing every day. More people are watching than ever before! Thanks for finding us. Check out the podcast too! Https://podcasts.apple.com/gb/podcast/james-sinclairs-business-broadcast-podcast/id1495894637

You can only have fingers in many pies if you employ people better than you. That’s the secret.
These keep getting better and better!

Hi Luke,
Rule 1. Spend more time on getting customers than anything else.
