I am amused by hair or face touching comments in these type of videos since it's a grab with fingers type eating. Person serving looks well groomed, not worried. Most hosts care about food presentation/preparation for guests. It's the person before you you need to worry about.
I prepared my dining room table for Christmas Eve as a church Coudry board I had different platters and pedestal stands that I use plus are used to dig marble slab and beautiful cutting boards and I had all the cheeses and meats and I am from the south and I made cornbread dressing muffins and I put them and muffin papers and I made a wreath on a big round cutting board and then a palled shredded chicken and put it in the middle of it and on top of each other dressing muffins I put cranberry sauce, I also used an antique coffee grinder to display a coffee infused cheese and I made a pedestal on the top of it to hold the cheese and then in the drawer where the coffee is ground and falls into I put cheese in that. I had an assortmentOf crackers and breads and permanent pickles olives jams and jellies and honey and all the condiments that were enjoyed by my family, it was a labor of love for my family and I thoroughly enjoyed it and actually it is a meal in itself
There is no one charcuterie ( flesherie in french , only for porc , chaire is the flesh ) but now WE have a delivery service in 24 hours n'y DHL at 15 dégrées for thé cheese and no one in usa is selling Real charcuterie and thé Price of thé Italian parmezan is just funny in usa
Thé barbarians attacked some cities around Lyon when they discovers thé celtics modern charcuterie in the second century before people was not doing white ham and " white porc préparation" ( not salty or smoky) ... The romans was addict and was importating tonnes of charcuterie in Roma , the french charcuterie was invented by the Gaulles at the end of thé proto celtics Era , around the 6 and 5 century before XP ... JC ...in greek like was saying thé first chirstians ...

Simply inviting and beautiful! I picked up some great tips. The only thing I’d like to add is romaine lettuce under many of the items. It’s a good contrast! I follow the instructions of our food coordinator at church and she has containers that we set on ice to keep everything chilled even more. This however was still simply gorgeous!!!
I have made many a charcuterie board but my first Grazing Table is coming up. This video will really help. One thing about a table is there will be a lot of work involved. How many people were you feeding? Whoever in the background said they didn’t want to eat it because it was so beautiful….what a sweet comment. You did an outstanding job.
