Motörhead - The Hammer Fast Eddie Clarke Main Riff (Guitar Tutorial)

Although it's kind of simple, it took me years to figure out exactly what Fast Eddie Clarke was playing on the main riff of The Hammer.
Judging by covers on here others also seem to struggle with the riff and even dedicated Motörhead cover bands play it wrong (usually much too power chord heavy metal-like and not in the bluesy hard rock and rollin old school Fast Eddie style. So I have made a little cell phone video that hopefully helps one or the other to spread the gospel of Motörhead more authentically.
Note: In the original is tuned to Eb, but I play it here in standard tuning.

Fast Eddy is the reason I took up guitar when I was a teen. When Overkill and Bomber came out they changed my musical life. I could probably play you every song off those and Ace of Spades . My all time favourites !! Good stuff!
