Looks like it was a bit botched removal. For some reason it was not coming out the way it should and a cd connector was stuck on cd ROM. If you search for Dell 15 3552 case bottom on the eBay, you will.see the pictures of the how it looks inside and the cd connector is staying on the case bottom. Meanwhile when I finally removed cd drive - it was on cd drive it self. Probably stuck there for some reason. The cd drive should come out first because there are three screws holding the case bottom. I think I somehow ripped it out and broke the cd connector away from the case bottom. Unless there is some clip holding the cd from the upper side under keyboard. Good luck removing it. :-)
Thanks for making this, but I have ONE major gripe/concern. I would NEVER use a pocket knife to pop out any part of a computer. You risk damaging the clips, cutting a ribbon cable, or punching a hole in the motherboard. The BEST tool is a spudger or pry tool. Next best thing a flat head screwdriver. Please anyone who attempts this, DO NOT USE a pocket knife or any kind of knife! IF you're going to use a knife or only have a knife, use a butter knife. So often while working in repair I've had to throw away or E-Waste computers, motherboards, ribbon cables, simply because people had damaged them beyond repair. Please spend the $20 or so on Amazon or Ebay for a PC tool kit. They cost next to nothing and would massively increase the survivability percentage of your computer repair jobs.
Pry plastic tools are lame and getting unusable pretty quickly. The closest next is a metal flat pry tool, but it is also can be too thick in some cases. The next best tool will be an old credit card, it is much more robust. Using a flat screwdriver is questionable too. If a small flat screwdriver - you are going to leave a mark on a plastic part. Overall, many parts designed without thinking about us, people who repair laptops and these clips breaking fairly often.
How big screwdriver should i use to open back cover??
Is it possible to put another Inspiron 15 3000 series motherboard with better processor inside it?
Yes it is possible

You can not change processor of laptop but you can change mother according to your choice which is belongs to dell Inspiron 15 3000 series
Dell has a service manual on its support site - google !
You were way too rough in your handling of the laptop during disassembly.
Got it!
