I just made that (minus the sprinkles, cause I was all out) - and despite coming out significantly less visually stunning, it still tastes unbelievably great in its simplicity - all the while being really quick to make! I had almost forgotten how great a no-bake cheesecake can taste.
Keep making the things she shows and your friends will think that in addition to all the other great things you do, you are some kind of hidden cooking genius!

Hi, sorry it's not Jemma responding but I thought I could help, what I do is get a knife or something sharp like that and cut around the cake or brownie right around between the tray edge and cake to separate the two. You may have already tried this or something but it kinda helps me when I take out cakes :)
Yes, try both of the advise above, and also try putting parchment paper on the bottom of the pan so it doesn't stick to the bottom, that's always the hardest part. Oil the bottom of the pan to make the parchment stick to the pan, and then oil the parchment so the cake won't stick to it! It should just peel right off the bottom of the cake when cooled. If you can't get parchment or non-stick baking paper, try wax paper.

I was just thinking that too. No point in leveling off. Colors stand out more without that.

No baking required for the filling! I made it for today, but I doubled the filling. Looks great!

I wouldn't add sugar to the cookie base because the cookies are already really sweet. Love the video though!

Leaving the cakes or brownies to cool always helps- it always comes away from the sides of the tin after you have left it for a while xx
