Summary:
In the premiere of this series following Las Vegas sports handicapper Steve Stevens (VIP Sports Las Vegas), the "bookie killer" lands in hot water when he can't deliver wins. Meanwhile, VIP salesman Chris Pirelli feels pressure from the industry; and a life-changing event changes Steve's world.

I dont know why, but I love this show
So he is betting the spread in football, which is typically-110 sometimes even. You are giving him half, basically making your bet -160. If you pick the favorite on a money line (no spread) the odds are usually around -130 with a much higher probability of winning then a 50/50 point spread.
Worst thing is picking a favorite that wins and doesn't cover.
martingale on sportsbet is not a good idea, but Steve is got to be a great guy to hangout with. wHERE IS SEASON 2?!

I am confused, with Steve's main client, how was he able to profit $27K after the NFL game? They agreed on a 50/50 split so $30K would go to VIP. For the client: -$11K, -$22K, +$30K = -$3K. My only thought is that he got a commission free pick for the NFL game on Sunday.
unless the agreement was 50% of the total profit. So Steve would get 13.5K

To be honest baseball is one of the riskiest sports to bet on. Alabama is not getting upset by some conference of five team, but a Yankees pitcher can come out have a good night but walk a guy on a missed third called strike, give up a jam shot single and then have a guy hit a ball low and outside that barely clears the left field fence and if the Yankees offense isn't clicking they lose the game 3-1 to the Baltimore Orioles.
Steve said, on this episode. He had a client that won HUGE at the sametime that this was going on. He thought that they were going to show that one too. He asked them, "why they cut the one with the guy with the BiG winners?" "They told him that this had more drama and excitement to it." He didn't like this one because it made it look like he just had this guy chasing plays. He talked about seeing if he could get the filming of the other guy who was winning BiG and all the other stuff that they cut out from the show. To show to us who watched the show. That was 2yrs ago. It was stuff that "The Big Skip" filmed. They didn't put in the show neither.

he does, but gambling with other people's money is far more profitable, think about it, if he gives you a pick and wins, he gets paid, if he loses only you pay.

Funny thing about the OT game is Cincy was -6.5 so if they scored a TD in overtime they wouldn't kick the extra point so it was over when Buffalo scored the TD in regulation, even before the XP
When this was shot the rule was you have to kick the extra point after the score even in overtime
TheRainmaker5179 right lol only way to cover the spread in overtime if Cincy kicked a field goal then Buffalo would have had to scored a touchdown or Cincy & Buffalo kick a field goal then kicked another field goal

Nope. Steve Stevens claims he fired the paula for embezeling from his company and fired pirelli because he was only making $500 a week for him. In this video he state Perelli was making 250,000 a year. Something or everything does not add up. But no neither work there still
