I’m waiting until the end of the year to see if surefire will release just the turbo heads that will be compatible with past weapon lights like the m640df. Every other company that is in the weapon light business offers this. I don’t want to buy a whole new unit just if i want the extra throw/candela. I’ll be ditching surefire for another brand soon.
Since I'm seeing more emphasis now on throw, does Surefire make any LEP lights yet, and is that something that you guys may be planning to get into at some point?
LEP technology isn't really there yet in durability/reliability and I don't see it being mainstream as 21700s are going to take prevalent in a few years once everyone starts selling pumping theirs's out. The Chinese are already light years ahead in the LEP and 21700s game.

I got to get a turbo, I bought m600df and it sucks.
