3:20 "selector ring here for how much power you wanna put down.". That's a torque clutch - u set it to 1 when driving screws thru softer materials. If screw doesn't go thru to the req depth, then set it at 3 or 4. If set at 9 or 10, it may drive screws in too deep. The final setting on the selector ring has a symbol of a drill bit - meant for drilling holes thru wood/metal using wood/metal bits.

Carla Robertson - the black section closest to the opening of the drill twists. Put in your bit or drivers and twist it clockwise til it tightens (: play around with that part and you'll see it expand and close depending on the direction you twist it
Ordered one from walmart for $30 to go with my bd impact driver so now ill have a combo kit with 2 batteries and 2 chargers. Sure will beat my harbor freight drillmaster $20 drill/light combo.
Used my 20v drill off and on for about 2 years. I’m a 78 year old widow and never used it much. When the battery died I tried charging it. Nothing. Bought a large battery charger for the 20v at almost $60 and the battery still won’t charge. Could have bought a new drill for that amount. 😡 displeased with a lithium battery.
You can get the drill featured here plus a bunch of accessories, tools and a bag in a kit for about 80 bucks at Lowes! If its a first time purchase and you got light jobs around the house I highly recommend it
FourDollaRacing I know.. I've been look at another drill brand video and all fucking unboxing.. i want to see it in action.. Btw these bnd drills are weak. I got one to go with my bnd impact and it sucks. Looking for a stronger torque drill as this one is about 200 in lbs. The Bauer brand from harbor frieght is 450in lbs and a decent price.. You can really hear the bnd drills bog down when driving 3" deck screws.
If you put the clutch setting on drill bit which is drill/drive mode and couldn't do it, the bolt is too tight you need an impact drill or a drill with 2 speeds a high and a low this drill is only good for drilling small holes, removing/driving some screws not all, and hanging pictures
Landon Klick thanks I’m gonna try that I didn’t even put it on drill bit mode I just put the power higher and higher lol I put it to 22 and the drill almost flew outta my hand
@@harrygill5705 those are clutch settings allowing it to slip like a torque wrench so you don't strip out screws or drive them too deep the drill mode makes it so it doesn't slip . That sounds like its too tight for the drill to handle
Landon Klick no cause I saw another video of a guy reviewing it and he said that you would be easily able to take car bolts out with this by putting attaching a bolt extension which I obviously have as well but it didn’t even move I’m gonna try that bit settting
