Hey JnJ, i wanna comment and let you guys know that I'd be happy to do yall's captions in english for the hard of hearing dink fam; i know you guys don't mean anything by it but it really sucks that the podcast doesn't have captions other than those which are auto-generated. You guys are obviously really busy and would never have time to do it since these are almost always around an hour, and I'd be happy to do it if you'd open captions up to community submissions. I hope yall see this and consider - I'd love to help out any way i can during this hard time :)

I’m from Chile, and just because of the many jokes I’ve heard about “eating chili on a chilly day in Chile” I’ve refused to eat chili. But it’s because of this podcast (and the fact that I was bored and I surprisingly had most of the ingredients) that I cooked chili for the the first time. It was wonderful. Jenna and Julien, you have changed my life forever, thank you.

@@leighstojakovich5278 I'm noticing you're using two "L"s in the word "chilli" so I'm assuming you're from outside of the US, so from the grandchild of a proud Texan (where chili originated): Chili is loosely defined as a stew with chili powder in it, so technically Jenna's rendition is indeed chili. The dish itself was born of necessity for a filling meal for working-class folks **so it will often have many different ingredients thrown in, depending on availability. ;)

There’s just beans, there’s no beans, there’s ground turkey, chicken, pork or beef, i know some who use venison. some use chunks of meat, some prefer ground. Chili has no “recipe”. to the OP- i hope ur chili was yummy! i’m glad you ventured out to try something new during all of this :)

I watch your cooking videos all the time Julien and I wear gaming headphones, and I have never once heard any noise from your induction cook top. The only time I hear noise from it is when you're adjusting the temp and it beeps or it beeps when you take the pot off and it's still on. I don't know what people are gripping about.

because the grains themselves are different sizes and thus different weights it would make it so that in a while it would not be 50/50 at the top, so for that, the premix should be powdered salgar (put both in a coffee grinder and grind it up together). Otherwise most of the salt would go to the bottom from moving of the container

One of my favorite things about y’all’s podcast is how honest it is. I love the lil doggo interruptions and the fact that y’all don’t really cut anything. It feels like I’m actually there with you and is so much more entertaining and I don’t get as bored like I do with other podcasts. I’m sure it can’t be just me that feels this way too. I never comment on RUclips ever but I just felt the need to give some feedback. I love you guys and I love the dink fam!!!
I just moved into my first apartment, and just having these podcast playing in the background makes things a lot less quiet and lonely here. I’ve rewatched so many but it makes it like I’m not alone up here❤️
