Does there need to be a tineline for an AS contract. Or can it be open ended.
what if at the end made a new valuation get a remorgage and pay to the owner the price for the original valuation and them rent it... it is posible?
Been pitching these recently and have been getting very close but I find that a lot of the vendors are very risk averse, especially in the current market. What objection handling tips do you have please, Jamie?

With assisted sale, does the buyer pay me and then I pay the owner their share? Or is it the other way around?
Goes to the vendors solicitor and then profits are split as agreed
