    I first experienced a weld table on a weld test. It did not go well. The company actually sucked so it was a blessing. Dont insult the workers even if they are assholes to you. They would leave if they could but they are stuck there. The company does that to their personalities

    Jody, question. Wouldn't it be a good idea to do a hot autogenous weld on the first pass to get full penetration, then follow up with filler?

    I cant do the wiggle in the groove i always get stuck on one side then the torch snaps back down then usually the tungsten dips. Or i end up wiggling backwards....cant figure out why. Im not death gripping the torch or being tense Ive found i can only walk the cup vertical if im welding over a weld or something flat. Not in a groove.

      Yup. Not all are pink. But it is a pretty common color for them.

    Jody rpm=surface from/diam"constant of 3.82 hence your 1/8 =0.0104*60/dia*3.82

    • @DonaldOconnor-cb3we
      @DonaldOconnor-cb3we 9 месяцев назад

      Equating to 1.191

      4 inch equals .595 I don't have a turntable so could you check theses setting. This is a good formula to remember cause only variable that changes in the equation is the diameter
