Thanks Jody, fascinating job and information you shared with us. Fred.
Love the tape 1/8" spacing tip.. GREAT
You sir, are a Machine! No turntable required 😊
You're the absolute biggest and undisputed king of welding knowledge and content. Thank you so much for everything you do for us.
Yeah buddy!! Love that turn table!! Love TIG welding!! Thanks again Jody. Keep em' coming Jody.
I first experienced a weld table on a weld test. It did not go well. The company actually sucked so it was a blessing. Dont insult the workers even if they are assholes to you. They would leave if they could but they are stuck there. The company does that to their personalities
love the gas welding tig cup kits and lenses Jodi. Can't get enough of them.
Good stuff. here we can really see the marks that walking the cup leave on polished metal.

Thanks for the videos it helps
You should do a video on setting the speed of a positioner for tig and mig/dual shield
Excellent video
masterful sir!
Excelente video maestro saludos cordiales desde Puerto Rico
Jody, question. Wouldn't it be a good idea to do a hot autogenous weld on the first pass to get full penetration, then follow up with filler?
Very nice
I cant do the wiggle in the groove i always get stuck on one side then the torch snaps back down then usually the tungsten dips. Or i end up wiggling backwards....cant figure out why. Im not death gripping the torch or being tense Ive found i can only walk the cup vertical if im welding over a weld or something flat. Not in a groove.
Why are TIG cups pink?
Good question, never even thought about it, but now I want to know too. 😂
Goes well with the black torch?
I’ve also got a white and clear one
It's ceramic.

Yup. Not all are pink. But it is a pretty common color for them.
👍👍👍🔥🔥🔥
Il faut que je me paye un de ces quatre un vireur et merci pour les réglages.
Merci
Jody rpm=surface from/diam"constant of 3.82 hence your 1/8 =0.0104*60/dia*3.82
Equating to 1.191
4 inch equals .595 I don't have a turntable so could you check theses setting. This is a good formula to remember cause only variable that changes in the equation is the diameter
