I only recently became aware of this game series, and bought nearly everything for Forbidden Fortress. It's a ridiculous amount of fun and scratches the RPG itch when you can't get a group together. Thanks for the video!
I like this content as it has restarted my interest in ahadows over brimstone and my first son is finally old enough to play so looking forward to bringing this out would love to see more of this and the failed one also
Nice to see some Shadows of Brimstone. The Gunslinger can't shoot the Night Terror as the Void Hound is adjacent to him and ranged attacks are limited to adjacent models (unless specified by an upgrade.) One of the finicky rules that is oft forgotten. I believe you presented the Beast Unleashed Challenge Pack a while ago, if you have some higher level Heroes, I would definitely be game for that. I did actually buy it after your presentation.
real happy i found this channel, thank you very much. I have all kickstarters for SoB, minecart , shogun and warlord ( new pre ordered with KS again ). But i havnt played in so long so this refresher is amazing. Thank you !!!!
@9:21 I am now pondering back and forth of my interpretation rules for Ranged Hit assignments on page 26: "For Ranged Attacks, Hits may be assigned to any Enemies within the Range of the Weapon and within the Hero’s Line of Sight. However... If there are Enemies adjacent to you, you must always assign and resolve Ranged Hits against them first." I have played it that if there is an enemy adjacent, you have to assign any hits to adjacent enemies first. Thematically and vague-feeling of game balance wise it made sense to me.
