Thanks for this fantastic video Dale. Hope all is well. After starting building minis (Blood Bowl) SoB no longer is intimidating. So, I'm looking at getting into it. Like usual your video covers it all and I always appreciate them.
I haven't commented for awhile but been watching all your stuff... you're still the best... thanks... I would play this is my minis didn't look like a 12 year old did them... someday maybe I can get over that...
Using this as a guide for my swamps of death set. Great job, Dale. You are one of the best Teachers for board games of all types of complexities. Would you consider doing one for Wasteland Express?
@Trey Techie Thanks, and hope you are enjoying Shadows of Brimstone!! As for Wasteland Express, I don't think it has an official solo option ... or else I probably would have it done already. I like the theme, but have yet to play it. :)
Today we start in the Swamps of Death. Goodness is it Tuesday again already? How does one tell if Dale likes a game? Ans: a tasteful and useful storage solution plus a small fortune in card sleeves. I really like all the bits and bobs. It even looks like it might just flow quickly with multiplayer (after a first game of chaos, of course) But really, after all the decks+decks, and character sheets, and store sheets, and nifty map tiles, there’s no gizmo to track all that XP thats flowing in? For shame! Given a pencil and paper I will cheat and then claim I’ve forgotten how to add.
Nice!!! We finally going to see some SoB action?? Indian Scout is going to be tough solo. With the revised edition they changed some things about that class but I dont think it was enough. Good luck! Dont let the darkness get you.
Thanks! I love your playthrough. it is easy to learn from your videos. I hope you can make playthrough for Frontier town and how to add expansions to the core. there are so many cards....
@Baelmoul Thanks for watching!! I'll be going through 5 scenarios just showing the basics. Adding expansions is fairly easy, just add the new meaner monsters to the appropriate decks and wait for chance to make life more miserable for your characters. ;)
Sorry if I missed it in one of your other videos, but do you have the link for those black trays? I tried searching for them. Think they are pretty cool especially when you have so many various sets you need
@murph 4 No problem, they are UberStax and you can find purchase information for them at www.uberstax.com . I also did a video highlighting them at ruclips.net/video/HBNRANBuKS4/видео.html and a handy attachment tray at ruclips.net/video/dyC9jiuOrwc/видео.html . Hope that helps and happy gaming! :)
@@murph-4 Just realized, I was using a different holder ... this is what I used for Shadows: www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001LFA4IQ/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 It worked good for a base game, but does not hold enough when adding in a lot of expansions.
@@DaletheCasualGamer oh ok cool. Yeah I ordered core box of shadows, no expansions yet. Maybe I should just grt the original holders you had sent earlier since I prob will end up getting expansions ;)
Looking to pick this game up, and this video definitely seals the deal for me! Question: does that card organizer come with the game, or is it something you made?
Hi Dale, I have both the City of the Ancients and Swamps of Death core boxes. Something I was wondering is do you recommend for the first time playing the game, should I combine both core set components together, or play the two core sets separately? I also have the Frontier Town expansion, but thought adding that in too would make everything too difficult, and possibly more complicated. What are your thoughts on this, as I am pretty confused? Thank you
@Matthew Rose I would recommend starting with one core box, and as you feel more comfortable, add in the other core box. Same goes for Frontier Town. After a couple adventures, work that in too. :) Have fun, and try to keep the mutations in control. ;)
Thanks Dale you make this awesome game easy to understand!
Good luck in your adventures!! :)

Good job man _ I ordered the game real useful. thanks
@walder johan Hope you have some great adventures!! :)
Helpful guide, much appreciated Dale 👍
@Bill Oatham. You’re welcome, and thanks for watching! Good luck searching for darkstone! ;)
thank you for the explanation.

@idjester Thanks, and while Flying Frog has gotten better making miniatures, they still aren't up to CMON or similar companies quality. :)
Awesome! Looking to more in this series!! 🙂🥦🦖
@CamoflagedTumbleweed Wish my character luck! :)

Oh. Got way too deep into the weeds with this game. But I love it!
Same here. It’s a task to get it out to play! lol
Hi - thanks for this video. Just bought this game. Are you playing the new Revised version?
Hello! Iam wondering which cardholder do you use? Regards
@David Sturm It is the "Hold-It" card organizer I found on Amazon. amzn.to/3Ms8zjG (affiliate link)
Hope that helps, and happy gaming! :)
Is the 6 player only available in the revised edition or in the originals also
@ian kinell For 6 players, you'll need to buy 2 core sets ... and have a big table!! ;)
Hello! Did you 3D printed that card holder? If so can you share the link to the file? Thanks
Thanks for watching! Got it off of Amazon ... here's a link: amzn.to/3oV6QZW

Dream for you maybe, but for the Indian Scout, I'm thinking more of a nightmare. ;)
@@DaletheCasualGamer Yessss !! Will it be a solo run? I think our Indian hero will be happier (and safer) with a fellow adventurer.
