i would say everything pointed to the cat and that is the hi probability, then i take temp measurements before and after cat and i use a simple pressure gauge before and after test ,for 100 percent cat diag
He's building damn near 44psi under load. There's no way I'm wasting time pulling off 1 smoking hot o2 sensor let alone 2. You aren't flat rate you'll learn
Hi with cylinder presure wave form can we find out leaky valves or bad head gasket. if so what we should look for. have u also ussed plse tester?
These things are better found by a leak down test.
Definitely. A pressure pulse sensor works great for head gasket failures. Rotkee makes great scope tools.
From the waveform, clogged exhaust makes sense but then what led you to the cat?
During the visual inspection we heard some rattling in the cat. So with that and the waveform we went after the cat first.
@hunterautomotive4842
Obvious case, I have cat issues with many Honda vehicles too. Thanks for the waveform sharing.

i meant pressure test front and rear of cat
