Sea serpents | Myths and Legends | Underwater Stitchy Make Along

This month we'll working on some aquatic myths and legends. Today's video will show you how I made a sea serpents. This sort of mythical creature shows up in lore from many parts of the world. There are benevolent Asian sea dragons, the Loch Ness monster and here's a link to the story of nx̌ax̌aitkʷ (so called ogopogo of Okanagan Lake) that I mention

Misikinebik
Misikinebik (also spelled Msi-kinepikwa, Misi-Kinopik, and other ways): An underwater horned serpent, common to the legends of most Algonquian tribes. Its name literally means Great Serpent, and it is said to lurk in lakes and eat humans. Oh my!
