I ABSOLUTELY LOVE YOU! 😮Not trying to be fresh 😊But I’ve been designing and designing, just can’t figure out how to get them from Procreate to print. Thank You! ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
I feel like I am missing something, don't get me wrong this video is super helpful. But when I get to the color fill and metric/snapping it adds 2 more boxes to my 2x7 and they are outlines but the 2x7 is yellow?
This was such a wonderful video. I appreciate all the work and it's such a beautiful bookmark. I am so excited to see the video of you drawing a hook mark as well. Found your channel and look forward to every video and short.😊
I’ve been struggling to get precise cuts with that Wescott trimmer. Any tips on getting the desired cut? I can’t seem to figure out how to line up the design perfectly 😞
Your stuff is always so beautiful! I wish Amazon still sold that laminator. The Scotch one does pretty well and laminate stays on my stickers but not glossy photo paper for some reason ( I use the koala glossy double sided I’m pretty sure I used your link). I’ve tried other papers and same. I’ve bought like 4-5 different laminators too but I love the hot laminate not the cold!!!
Right!!! Laminators typically last a while though! I’m going to try the Amazon basics one bc I’ve researched endlessly for a good one and they say for stickers the laminate stays on and it is a good machine and a good price!
Thank you for the great video! Super helpful ❤ I am having the same issue, the laminate peels off easily with glossy paper 😅looking for a matte finish to see if better but I cannot find one printing well
Hi! Can I ask what color profile you’re using in procreate? I just got a new Canon Pixma TS9521c to make stickers and bookmarks and the colors aren’t coming out how they should. Any tips would be appreciated! Thank you for the tutorial! It’s great
I love the video, very helpful ❤ not sure if i zoned out or something, but i didn't catch what size canvas you use to make the bookmarks. Either way very helpful, really enjoy your videos and you have a very soothing voice that is clear to understand
I know its completely out of left field, but I'm trying to make custom labels for individual trading card cases. Your method seems like it could be trasnfered over smoothely while designing and printing them at home. The labels would obviously be rectangular like the bookmarks, just a lot smaller. I use Android based devices, would Canva be able to pull something like this off? Thanks in advance, hope all is well.
Hello. Love your tutorial. I happen to have the same printer. I was looking at the double sided paper you linked, and it says it won't work on pigment ink. Do you have any problems with the ink smearing? Or does laminating help with that? Thank you in advance.
Hi, if I use 120qu lamination on a 260g/m2 recycled paper, and I cut like that without borders, will the lamination stay or peal of? Because ive read on many forums that it peals of when hot lamination but you seem to do it and thats okay… So does it stays on the paper for you?
Any tips you can give me to prevent my laminate peeling in the corners after I cut my bookmarks? It doesn’t happen for all of my bookmarks, just some of them. I use the koala double sided glossy thick paper and the 13-inch Scotch thermal laminator along with the scotch pouches. Tips or advice would help, I really want to cut them instead of leaving the laminate border around them!
Hi did you ever figure it out bc same here! Its always the corners :( I have all the same materials, even the exact laminator as the video and its still peeling of the edges
@@rossy_mossy NO, and it’s so frustrating because I sell bookmarks for my small business and I cant get them to be the quality I want. I went ahead and switched to using the Avery self-adhesive laminate sheets, because they’re sticky and won’t peel. It’s a little more costly because I have to use them on both sides. It’s also not up to the quality of feel I had with the thermal laminate sheets, but at least it doesn’t peel on me. It does the job but it means extra work for me when I make the bookmarks. It’s just a tiny bit thinner too.
What other designs should I make? :) You can shop this bookmark here -> tabsartshop.com/products/sunflower-bookmark
thank you SO much! I have this exact printer and have been struggling to find a good tutorial like this one. You saved my life 😭
You're very welcome! :)
Great, clear instructions. Thank you for sharing your tips. I appreciate it.
Wonderful! Thanks for sharing 🌼

This was so helpful!!! Thanks so much for sharing the process 🥰
You are so welcome! 💕
Thank you. Subscribed . You made explaining so simple. I also used your link for Faire, nervously waiting.
So helpful! Thank you ❤️

I’m a little confused. Make a 8.5x11 canvas size. Then color fill a 2x7 for bookmark. Make sure the graph is in inches!
Thank you for yr time in making this vid !
You’re welcome!! ❤

That’s so sweet!! Thank you! ❤
Loved the video. ❤😊
Glad you enjoyed it! ❤️
When will you be doing the video on how to do the designs?❤
I’ll do it soon! Maybe this weekend or next! :)
Very helpful but any android app to use

So I usually add a little black dot between each bookmark at the top and bottom. So I then line that up under the cut :) hopefully that makes sense!

Thank you!! ❤ and I know I love this laminator! Idk why they would remove it. I hope mine lasts a long time 😂

What's the dimensions of your canvas? As well as dpi?

Hii:) could you do a tutorial on how to print bookmarks double sided but with texts? I can’t figure it out😅😅
I’m trying to print mine but when I select glossy paper it changes my paper size from a4 to 4x6 😢
I love the video, very helpful ❤ not sure if i zoned out or something, but i didn't catch what size canvas you use to make the bookmarks. Either way very helpful, really enjoy your videos and you have a very soothing voice that is clear to understand
You can just make a standard letter size canvas! 8.5 x 11 inches.
Do you know why my laminate would be lifting after cutting!??? 😢 I have the same paper and laminate sheets as you!
Is it necessary to print on glossy paper if you’re laminating them? Thanks for this video. Love your work.
I like glossy paper because I find it prints more vibrant. The laminate then makes them thicker and more durable :)

Commenting for the algorithm

What paper do you use?
What dimensions is your canvas ?
What option for printing should I use for just cardstock?
When you cut, how do you avoid the lamination breaking apart? I also have trouble with avoiding air bubbles
That materials I use, it doesn’t break apart. And with thermal, I don’t have any problems with bubbles! Which is a big reason I switched to thermal.

I’ve been wanting to upgrade my printer. Does the cannon consume a lot of ink?
My magenta and yellow go out about once a month depending on how often I use it! But this printer is worth it!
How do you get the canvas to measure in inches? Mine is in pixels.

are you working in RGB or CMYK?
is there any apps we can use instead of procreate?
Look up drawing apps! :) but I only use Procreate for mine.
Hi there, what size is the procreate canvas?
8.5 x 11
what is the name of the app you used to create the bookmark?
Procreate
What program are you using???
Procreate! :)
