The Office Doesn't make the Person

After more than 20 years working in a corporate office in the US, I'm inspired by Ryan Holiday's retelling of Plutarch's life of Epaminondas. Epaminondas was a successful Greek general from around 350BC. His political enemies sent him to exile and a lowly office position running the sewers in Thebes.
