Nice vid! Watching the underwater release of that first Brown and how he went to the bottom with very little upstream effort illustrates how the water flow rate decreases in the water column the closer to the bottom the fish moves.

The constant bailing. . . probably should just run a sump pump. . .😂

I'm so happy for Lance, having such great caretakers as you guys. He would have been lost without you ❤️

Thanks for the video, good stuff for sure. Do you happen to recall what the water flow was at that time? I am headed to the Green this month and the water flow will be rather high, like 8600 cfm. Trying to get a feel for what I will be dealing with. Thanks!

I've had equal success with the Silver Bullet Baetis as the thread based Frenchie. Wonder where I learned that fly from.

I think I can speak for everyone who watched this video in saying we hope to see a video very soon on how to tie the BIG JUNK STREAMER Lance was using.

Something’s wrong with the sound on parts of the video, it might have been the microphone. Good stuff as always.

A couple of streamers in the box can save the day. However Daiwa Presso Vega in .4G in Mocha has become my mainstay backup. Much more effective than streamers.

There is a long history to using very small spoons on fly rods. fiberglassflyrodders.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=6796

No lie.. my son woke up this morning and came over to me while I was watching this video and he points to Lance and says.."who is that"? And I say "That's Lance Egan right there"
Btw how much did Lance have to pay to be up front?
