My channel is exclusive to darts only content. I create my content as I simply love to play darts and want to help other dart players improve with my own channel.
All my video's are based on how to play darts as well as advise on equipment and general darts setup with the aim to guide any new players in their darting journey as well as provide more experienced or even professional dart players with dart content to help improve.
I throw around an 80 average myself with my left hand due to in injury and dartitis in my right arm.

great channel - I love australian Kyle Andersons throw - I think he has a huge turn in his darts. he seems to hold it at a very exaggerated angle to the side

If Ronnie Baxter already turned his dart a lot while aiming, Kyle is indeed Ronnie 2.0. 🤣

I once threw a practice session intentionally turning the dart - my theory was that this allowed me to draw back slightly further, and in doing so, my elbow drew closer to my centerline. It worked, meaning I was definitely vertically more accurate, however I couldn’t get any rhythm, and I started thinking it was prone to dartitis, so I abandoned it. I wound up rotating my front heel 10 degrees closer to the oche, my elbow naturally moved more towards center. Still working it. Thanks for the content!

Bro honestly love your channel! I’ve loved darts ever since I started playing and lately I’ve beginning to struggle with my darts and I’ve slowly lost my passion for darts but after coming across your channel and implementing your advice I’ve started to slowly enjoy it again! Thank you so much!! 🔥

Okay, makes sense. By the title of the video I thought you ment that little turn between thumb and middle finger I give my dart just before releasing it. I wonder if more hobby and/or pub dart players do that? I don't think it does affect my throw, just wondering... Great channel btw!

I'm experienced something similar recently I'm left handed usually (recently) my first or last dart going to t5 or s5 I'm working on it. Could be tired hand or not warm enough or something else like grip ... hm

I've noticed i have the same problem, but i just can't correct it. My wrist does not allow me to pull the dart back straight. Not sure if injury related or mental, but it's pissing me off because i can't throw naturally

It's normally caused by the grip. Trying to aim with the palm of the hand facing towards the board, that can help. It's almost like turning your arm out towards the target.

@@Straightdarts Wow, i was sceptical but tried it anyway, it actually made a tremendous difference. My darts are finally in the board straight as an arrow. They used to point to the right because i could not release straight. Now I've recorded myself from behind in slow motion and they fly beautifully straight. All thanks to the palm of the hand facing the board adjustment. Thanks so much!

@@Straightdarts My wrist hurts If I do this.
Is there any other technique or trick I can use? Shorter pullback?

Try and improve your alignment as demonstrated in the video link bow and shorten the draw back. :)
