Studio guests include Mick Jagger, Ronnie Wood, Keith Richards, Slash, Eric Clapton and many more. The record was launched in New York last week at a party attended by ex-President Bill Clinton.

First of all the killer bought me a beer when he was playing at Lupos heartbreak hotel in Providence R. I. in 1981.....What I took away from that show was the sheer way he played rock and roll as though he had a chip on his shoulder and wanted to prove that his brand of raw southern rock and roll was the real thing.... And know it is.... in ways that his rival Elvis could never be.... He is and always will be set apart from Presley and is an American original as great as the king...... I still got the bottle...

I went to see Jerry Lee Lewis with my Mom @ Frontier Ranch in Ohio. I was 14 years old. He pulled up in the longest car I ever saw. I was fascinated. As a small crowd gathered, he was walking towards me, when he was about six feet away, I ran! I was very shy back then. However, I pushed my way up front He sang one or two songs while doing the concert. He was. very nice & kind. He put on a good show!

62 yrs.old and still love Jerry Lee Lewis. His voice just as wonderful as ever. My sister Wanda went to one of his concerts in Chicago, I was a about 2 years short of being 21 and couldn't get in bars, so I didn't get to see Jerry Lee. I love the love story of Jerry Lee and Myra. I love his middle name My Sons middle name is Lee. He is still just as handsome as ever. Love you Jerry Lee Lewis.
62 also, seen him 3 times in the 70's as I was in a band appearing at a hotel lounge as a house band.. Jerry was in the main showroom. His book w/ Rick Bragg can't put down.

Jerry has always been my hero. I copied his piano style, and got a chance to see him live in Cincinnati Ohio around 15 or so years ago. Wow, what a show he put on!!! Just wish I could have shaken his hand.
I will never forget working the Domino Lounge in ATL. I used the same dressing room. I walked in and Jerry Lee looked up and said; who the hell are you and what are you doing in here. Things were fine later.

B 4 I worked with Jerry Woodard he opened for The Killer. Woodard had out a song called She's Just A Housewife.
He would cry the lyrics. A gal came on stage and wiped his eyes with panties. This was in Birmingham at the Graymont Armory. The killer was wild that night!

Back in the sixties my brother loves playing the piano like you did it said there and like that piano on fire listening to you reminds me of him he passed away in 72 but the music still keeps on playing when I hear your songs thank you you're a wonderful great singer
I was one of jerry Lee’s bodyguards at the first viva Las Vegas show he did. wow what a great guy!! God bless him for still busting it out like he was in his 20s still he viva again this year and killed it!!! Long life and much love sir.!!!

With a guitar elvis is only able to sing a slow song. He needs his guitarist or piano to have rythm..

+RJ 1999 Elvis was great and unique. I think many white rockers in the 50s started playing rock n roll because of him. Sure, Jerry Lee Lewis was influenced by black music but not a lot of whites try adding that into the music they played until they heard Elvis. Bill Haley was doing it before Elvis but he was older. Also, I don't think Bill Haley was a huge influence on Elvis's music. Elvis probably was a fan but I don't think he was like crazy for his music. Just a fan.

I just started learning more about Jerry Lee lately and although I know a little about him from listening to his songs a few years ago ... the man is LEGEND and is STILL living to this day!!!! That says SOMETHING about him compared to all the others of his day and time when rocknroll was in its hay day! Elvis had the looks, 100% sexy and even the sultry velvet voice to add sure and although he had his off the chart hits as well and stayed on the billboards most of the time at the top ... I feel it was his looks that kept him there more than anything! Had Jerry Lee been born with the hot good looks he would have given Elvis a run for his money and could have even been the Elvis of our time and history instead. Seems looks always rule out more than the heart and talent one has to give :( Such is life but in my book ... compared to Elvis more than anyone, Jerry Lee was the MAN!!! He was the BEST entertainer and showman on stage and he ruled the stage!!! My hat goes off to Jerry Lee for still remaining with us today! He's got soul, heart and obviously the will to want to continue living for his family and especially for his fans!! :) Hail to the real King of rocknroll Jerry Lee Lewis!!! You will outshine any musician because you lived through it all and still standing on your own two feet TODAY!! :D That's LEGEND!!!!

It's one thing to sing another Man's song, but to rip off a bands tunes and change the lyrics - deserves a good old Alabama Ass Whooping! And I can't think of another person more deserving than Kid "Punk Ass" Rock! There, I got it off my mind. Thanks
