I hope you guys enjoyed this video, I am working on expanding these cabinets. Be on the lookout for the next video. I am not sure what color to paint the cabinets yet, but I am taking suggestions.
I recently used General Finishes Oil-Based Arm-R-Seal on some indoor bookshelves from Baltic Birch Plywood. Increased the surface strength. It ambered the natural look of the wood slightly, but beauty of a natural finish. Of course...Java or black stain does well for hiding markups.
I've always liked that you put the little "Where I'm at" thing in the corner so it's easier to figure out what you are doing work on and how it fits in the big picture. Thanks... Great work!
I just wanted to say ive been doing construction from the time i was 15 and now im 42 and still enjoy doing so to this day !! (They say do what you love and enjoy and youll always be happy when you go to work ) this is so very true !! I subscribed to you some time in 2020 ... so from the first video ive watched of yours till this one .. i can honestly say im impressed with your work and inspired by your projects, you do great work and are a craftsman. Thank you so much for sharing your gift with all of us .. keep up the great work and dedication to your channel.. i appreciate the time and hard work you have put in to it ... Sincerely James Zell Of Manchester NH
you are the only one i know who uses a blade guard on table saw! And considering your skills and achievements... all other carpenters and DYI producers need to pay attention. maybe you should make a video for them too!
I was about to comment this! It helped visualise where you were, watching a video and helping someone build something are totally different so seeing what you are actually doing is brill
Great start to Garage storage Thanks. Also always love the "Where I Am at". The color looks pretty basic in the garage so I would either go with high gloss white or just a natural stain.
I especially like the way you demonstrate different ways to do the same thing...like the different ways you clamp your cabinet build. I have some of the clamps you have but not all of what you have. Therefore, you always seem to teach me something new about using what I already have. Thank you!!
I want it!... I'll be putting it outside in the garden, I am in Mexico and houses in here are not normally big, but I have a space that would be perfect for it
I'm in the process of getting my first home and part of the reason is to have my own workspace for projects. Thank you for giving me so many ideas for how to build my limited workspace into an efficient lab!
I sure wish you lived nearby, as I'd have you complete a ton of projects I desire. Not many people like you and your awesome level of skill and attention to detail.
Exactly what I need right now. I've been slowly building up my collection of power tools and found myself keeping them in their packaging boxes (some have cases) when I'm done with them. Afterward, I just shove them underneath the table for "storage". One thing I can do though on my version is to have the bottom section on casters instead of attached to the wall so that I can pull it out and use it as a tool cart. Anyway, Thanks for the build, keep it up, stay safe, and God Bless. . .
I made a desk today and didn't realize how great it is to plan out a build beforehand. I knew what all of my cuts would be and where they went, it was amazing
I've watched your work for awhile now. Your creativity and skills have always been great, but I'm noticing that the teaching method has gotten really good as well. Nice touch adding the I AM HERE diagrams; really helpful!
DUUUUDE... I am just starting out and have been casting around for good instructional videos. you are hands down the best I've discovered. you hit all the right notes. the right amount of instruction and fantastic camerawork. brilliant work brother - thankyou :)
Thank you very much for these videos. I totally transformed my « very small » garage. Now it’s looking very good and it’s very well organized. THANK YOU 👍🤗
Ive been with you since day one and you never cease to amaze me with your ever growing skillset. HalleluYAH! You really nailed this project and I can only imagine what it will all look like when the entire garage is complete. Thanks for sharing brotha. I really appreciate it. When all other channels stall, you continue to succeed. Be blessed Brotha!
Just wanted to say “ you are awesome” keep up the good videos very informative. Your work is top of the line and very modern stuff. May God keep blessing you and your family!
First I want to say Thank You for your videos, I have just started to watch them and they are really informative. The 1 thing that I have yet to see on your channel is, Where are you putting all of your shovels, rakes, and brooms while keeping your garage looking clean and organized? Just another thought for a video. Thanks
I gotta tell ya, I watch a lot of these instructionals and you are easy to follow. I appreciate that. Great job from construction to presentation, editing-everything. Well done
This was great. You have inspired me to attempt to do this myself. I’m in the process of doing my garage and I wanted to include something like this but invert the cabinets. Longer at the bottom and shorter on top; the reason is because I want to hide my water filtration make it accessible and also add cabinets for storage on top. Should I also mention that I have never done this before. 😂 TY for the step by step and plz wish me luck. 😅
Great job!!! Your demonstration and corner graphic was awesome. You explained everything very well. Thank you for taking the time to share this will all of us. That’s exactly what I need in my garage.
I love every video you do, you inspire me by making each project look do-able, well designed, functional, and you are such a great instructor! Thank you again!
53 losers are going to unlike this video? This video is the bomb! I don't have a two car garage as I live in the country and now I just finished my barn for my shop so I will be attempting to build this cabinet soon for my new shop! Thank you for sharing again you're the best!
Excellent!! I learned a few tricks from you in the process. Using compressed air to unclog the water heater drain valve was smart. Your problem solving skills are very good. And, your garage floor turned out great! One suggestion for the trim at the door edge is to use clear silicone instead of liquid nails just in case you need to pull up the floor at a later time. Thanks for taking the time and effort for sharing your project. Your video editing skills aren't bad either🙂
Love your videos. Built your recent floating shelves and stained them for DVD storage in my basement and it's working great! Getting into woodworking and you are helping simplify it for a beginner like myself. Thank you!
I have to say, the little "Where I am at" drawing you throw up there is just the best. One of those things that seems so simple in videos and yet I don't think I've ever seen any other DIY youtubers do it like that for every new part/ step. I wish you would leave it up for the whole step, though. Is that something that's unique to this channel/ that you came up with or is this one of those super common things that's used by every DIY youtube channel out there except the 50 I watch? XD Either way, it's definitely going into my "really good ideas to steal later" pile.
really well done. Ive got the smallest of the kreg jigs, and its quite the process to get things set up. I think i might need to invest in one of those bigger kreg jigs...
Thanks for sharing your project. Just so happens, I am remodeling my kitchen cabinets. I have exactly the same problem(s). You broke the project into nice sized pieces that you could move by yourself. I always think of jigs to space shelves and place drawer pulls after I have messed up two or three times. You plan ahead. Good work and good luck for the next phase.
Thanks so much for all your videos. I am absolutely terrified of this scale of creating. Your years of experience, skillset and mastery makes the process seem easy and attainable. You ability to explain means that you are a teacher at ❤ 🤍 💙 🧡 🖤 ♥️ . Keep up the great work. I am purely amazed.
Yes, you can as Glenn says. I started out less than a year ago. As you build it's amazing how quickly things get easier. There are moments of doubt, just work through them. The biggest help to me was to make sure my cutting and measuring tools are accurate.
I hear ya. Inspired watching this guys craftsmanship. I’m with ya on waiting for tools. In Dallas, I joined a group called Makerspace...$60/month for a full woodshop and metal shop, and the classes to teach ya how to do it. Slowly started building my tool-base...started with getting a miter saw and circle saw. Slow and steady :)
I hope you guys enjoyed this video, I am working on expanding these cabinets. Be on the lookout for the next video. I am not sure what color to paint the cabinets yet, but I am taking suggestions.

thanks, enjoyed it very much...👍👍👍
I think Grey would go very well. You could make it lighter and darker between insides and outsides.
What about Olympic ring colors? Bright, cheery & kinda reminds your psychi to strive...!
I like how you show the “where you are” section in the upper corner of the video fram. Great job. Great build.
Yes sir, I think this is one of the best features I've seen.
I’ve never seen anyone else with that either…this dude is pretty freaking slick with how he puts everything together
I've always liked that you put the little "Where I'm at" thing in the corner so it's easier to figure out what you are doing work on and how it fits in the big picture. Thanks... Great work!
Love you videos! Adding the “where I am at” graphics is super helpful.
Thanks!
I third that.
Have to agree, when I saw it pop up on the video I immediately had to search for a comment about it. Very handy keep up the fantastic work!

The "Where I'm at" pop-ups are brilliant. Great idea that I don't see others do. And very helpful, as a viewer, of course
Honestly you have some of the best content in this space. Your effort on the content and production value is not lost on us!
you are the only one i know who uses a blade guard on table saw! And considering your skills and achievements... all other carpenters and DYI producers need to pay attention. maybe you should make a video for them too!
I love your graphic showing what part you're working on. Brilliant.
Thank you!

Great vid chap thanks, I articularly liked the "where I'm at" feature, very useful

Great start to Garage storage Thanks. Also always love the "Where I Am at". The color looks pretty basic in the garage so I would either go with high gloss white or just a natural stain.
Thanks! I am thinking of going with a high gloss paint of some kind. I have more cabinets to build first.
Very well done! Providing the "where I am" is outstanding!
I especially like the way you demonstrate different ways to do the same thing...like the different ways you clamp your cabinet build. I have some of the clamps you have but not all of what you have. Therefore, you always seem to teach me something new about using what I already have. Thank you!!

I really like your "where I am at" picture references, definitely helps when you're watching this with no audio (=
I appreciate that you build project that most homeowners have at hand. Too many videos require highly specialized equipment
I sure wish you lived nearby, as I'd have you complete a ton of projects I desire. Not many people like you and your awesome level of skill and attention to detail.

I've watched your work for awhile now. Your creativity and skills have always been great, but I'm noticing that the teaching method has gotten really good as well. Nice touch adding the I AM HERE diagrams; really helpful!
Thanks for the "Where I am at" insets. great way to follow along!!
Awesome job as usual Glenn! I like the "Where I'm at" feature in the video. Very helpful to know which part you are working on. Thanks!
Thank you, yes it's hard to follow along with out the diagram.
DUUUUDE... I am just starting out and have been casting around for good instructional videos. you are hands down the best I've discovered. you hit all the right notes. the right amount of instruction and fantastic camerawork. brilliant work brother - thankyou :)
also your skills are beautiful to watch.
I learn something new everytime I watch you build something. Thank you for putting your videos together.
Awesome, glad to hear that! Thanks
Thank you very much for these videos.
I totally transformed my « very small » garage.
Now it’s looking very good and it’s very well organized.
THANK YOU 👍🤗
Adding a tall cabinet to the garage storage fleet. Thanks for the content, Glen. Nice job man

I really like your choice in the handles. large, simple and yet they're not bulky. Great video.
Just wanted to say “ you are awesome” keep up the good videos very informative. Your work is top of the line and very modern stuff. May God keep blessing you and your family!
Great video and I love how detailed your step-by-step instruction is.

Clear that thing out and get started. That’s advice to live life by. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Can't tell you how much I enjoyed this video. Nice job.

The drawer design is brilliant!! They are simple unique and functional.
Bang on for what I need and want in my cluttered and messy garage!! Thanks for sharing. I can't wait to start my copycat build.
This was great. You have inspired me to attempt to do this myself. I’m in the process of doing my garage and I wanted to include something like this but invert the cabinets. this video was straight to the point and the walk thru that I needed to build my cabinet project. thank you.
Wow you are amazing! Your craftsmanship is superb!

That's awesome! I am sure you will enjoy it!
Just saying, the "Where I Am At" visual is very much apricated. 👍👍👍👍👍
That’s a great idea, sanding before you assemble. Every time I do this, it saves so much time.
Great job
Stay Safe
Brother
J
U're doing great work there dude.
I like that drawer idea 👍
That's my favorite part!
I also like the shelves and if time permits another alteration could use parallel shelf pin holes to also make the shelving placement more versatile
I love the bottom drawer idea. Good job m8.

i think i need this for my garage workshop to store my power tools safely..thanks man
The "where im at" is SUPER HELPFUL. Thanks :D
Great video, I liked the 'Where I'm At' graphics.
Nice cabinet enjoy seeing you build it
really well done. Ive got the smallest of the kreg jigs, and its quite the process to get things set up. I think i might need to invest in one of those bigger kreg jigs...
Nice work, Glenn!
Thanks man!
For your back panel in the top section you could use pegboard or French clear system to further customize and maximize
You, sir, are an artist
Welcome back and wishing you well
The draw is genius, love it !
Thank you 😀
Awesome job, love the Saw Stop
Great video thanks. 8 mins in, shades on. Boom! Why? Because it looks cool. 😎😎
Great video. I like the way you show us how to do this project.
Man, u just know how to KISS it, Keep it Simple, Strong! LOVE YOUR CHANNEL.
Nice camera work. Thanks for sharing
Gracias por los buenos videos que haces...
Your Welcome!
Love your post. I like your simple no nonsense approach to the projects. Stay safe and hope to see many more
Thanks! I appreciate that!
This was what I was looking for. Tall cabinets on castors.
Great work - you make it look easy
Super nice. Love the big drawer!
Great Job, I am also building one for my Garage!
That turned out great!! Nice job!! I also love your table saw.
Inspiruje się u Ciebie Glan, jesteś dla mnie wzorem majsterkowicza 😉⚒😉
Thanks for sharing your project. Just so happens, I am remodeling my kitchen cabinets. I have exactly the same problem(s). You broke the project into nice sized pieces that you could move by yourself. I always think of jigs to space shelves and place drawer pulls after I have messed up two or three times. You plan ahead. Thank you; my goal is to keep things simple. That does require a lot of time but usually worth the time to plan it out.
NICE CLEAN WORK!!!
My suggestion on paint is Rich brown color,,,
Is very solo color.
I am in the middle of building my first cabinet I needed this video! 😂
You got this! Glad this helps!
what a beautiful table saw
Always enjoy your videos. Very useful storage project. Keep up the great craftsmanship and hard work. Keep making

You are welcome and thanks for watching! You can do this, start small and build confidence.
Yes, you can as Glenn says. I started out less than a year ago. As you build it's amazing how quickly things get easier. There are moments of doubt, just work through them. The biggest help to me was to make sure my cutting and measuring tools are accurate.
I'd love to do some of these projects i just don't have the tools. But you work soo efficiently its satisfying!!
Indeed it is
Hit up Facebook marketplace get a drill and circular saw people are always getting rid of stuff for $10-15 it’s a great way to get tools built up 😀
I hear ya. Inspired watching this guys craftsmanship. I’m with ya on waiting for tools. @@epictroost yeah man market place is addictive. Definitely good deals on power tools. Name brand too 😂
@@epictroost I second that! There’s a lot of estate sales on there as well even table saws being sold for 40-50 bucks.
This thing looks so good I could use it in the living room
I wish I was as creative and skilled as you. Great video!
