I just wanna give my input as a former se rider , first off I’m grateful for it all, the free flights, the free hotels and the free bikes. Not a lot of people can get a opportunity like that to be a sponsored rider I worked really hard to get on the se crew I’m talking 4 years of dedicated RUclips videos ab SEBIKES, they make amazing bikes I truly believe they do I’m not picking sides but I can say this over the 2 years of being a sponsored rider I noticed some red flags and those red flags never got addressed but always brushed under the rug, being a sponsored rider sometimes it felt like I was in competition with my own teammates. As a RUclips bikelife content creator and someone who has nothing but pure love for the bikelife culture, I had no choice but to not ignore the red flags I saw, I pretty much decided it would be best if I went my own route with no sponsorship, to anyone out there just ride your bike and have fun do what you love and everything in your favor will fall into place, everything in this world or on the internet is not what it seems 💯 #staywoke

I've been a bmx rider for almost 30 years now. SE was uncool a long time ago, and they had to rebrand themselves as a wheelie bike company. Their bikes couldn't hold up to the abuse bmx riders would put their bikes through, so they had to go a different route. They're the MGK of bikes

i mean, its kind of a fad and a small market compared to other forms of cycling. Not surprising there isn't much support, do you really have to have a special bike just for wheelies? we got by fine without them in the past.
The sad fact is, there are people like this everywhere you go. Whether it's in bikelife, or any other community. In my experience, most people are pretty chill, but there will always be at least one troublemaker in the group, no matter where you go. Stay positive, Rozaati. You're doing great.
Good video bud. To be fair, I think the video with the grips was wrong. Lyons did give you a bike and you should never bite the hand that feeds you like that. If you had moral issues with SE still, you shouldn't have accepted the bike (it just makes you look like an opportunist), and TBH I don't understand why you did after all that had happened (including the bikes breaking so much) and what you'd been through. BUT you're very young and as you pointed out you didn't have adult male guidance in your life and you just figured things out as you went, good on you. Aside from that, I think the rest of what you've presented is accurate and very well done ! This wheelie B.S, taking over streets, riding in gangs with no regard for other road users, swerving into cars etc is sooo damn cringe and makes a bad name for all riders. The bikelife future is in your hands. The only thing preventing you from being the next TL is the limitations of your mind. Start your own bike company and address the needs of the community. SE fills a gap because there a few alternatives. Take the lumps and use them as stepping blocks to move up.
SE still has the largest marketshare in bikelife they produce and sell the most bikes. I ride GT,redline, and am building a hutch so I'm not even a fan of SE. But I honestly doubt any level of online drama is going to knock them from the top spot. Also ur a beast of a rider Patches Im always watching ur moves on Steezy's channel

I moved here to years ago and since but much more on wheelies. Im a mountianbiker at heart but wheelies take me over in winter and I was thinking about buying an SE Bike. I remember Todd from the 80s BMX scene when I was racing. He was about a year younger than me . I don’t remember him being like this, but that was over 30 years ago. To be honest, in the 80s, SE bikes weren’t even in the top 10 of the most desired and sought after BMX race bikes. Skyway, hutch, powerlight, redline, just to name a few, were easily dominating SE bikes, back then. In fact, the only people I saw on them, were factory sponsored riders. And also back then if a sponsored rider had behaved in the way this guy did to you, off the team immediately, no questions asked, done. no negotiation no argument, no nothing. Says a lot about that companies outlook now. I appreciate you making this video, I was considering an SE due all the hype and thinking they were better now, I guess I’ll keep looking.
Damn Rozaati you can clearly tell SE Bikes did not look at you as a threat and weren't bothered by your videos for years. But, now you literally have them in a chokehold. You literally created an army of that is slandering SE Bikes. You even backed them into a corner and forced them to get rid of Frank. Sales are already down because of recession and the fact that SE Bikes took advantage and priced gouged their bikes when Covid hit. There was a high demand for bicycles in general. Now that those sales have come to a stop they are literally struggling to make sales on their bikes and lowered the price by 25%. This video was impeccable timing too. Its honestly impressive what you just started. SE Bikes is in trouble right now.

I got flown to all the biggest hair shows by Andis Clippers. They switched up their whole company look because of me. Used my work on their website (without my consent or event telling me) which they redid because of me. Broke records in sales at the shows FOR THEM. Wasn't getting paid, when I'd make them an extra 150k in 3 day shows ... BIG COMPANIES ARE USERS and old people SUCK haha . I went on to get myself flown all over the world, get in mags, and receive awards on my own. These companies are smart for getting someone to create a team to USE. The smarter companies actually pay their talents and grow. The shitty , not so well managed companies are too stupid to see this coming. I love this post. Get that truth out there. Never planned of having a SE bike myself, but now I’m like straight up on boycott mode for the brand. Thank you Roz for exposing the major issues, it’s important to be raw and real, especially as professionals and major influencers for the community.
Another thing is what do you think working for a company is like? If you get hired on to a company that is in the public eye you are supposed to promote it. And why are you paying so much attention to the SE riders pockets? They all signed that contract. Makes me think you wanted to sign that contract but the problem is they never were going to present you with that opportunity. But you promoting SE bikes without being paid by them is crazy. Why would you push something so hard without getting paid by them unless you wanted to be a part of it?
The sad truth is, as one person I saw in this thread said. You're competing with your team mates. The bike life movement has a lot of thugs in it. Period. And it's not shocking to see a sponsored thug being a b****. Precursors to bike life in NYC... bike messaging. The fact that dblock would throw his bike at a kid is just fuel for the fire to prove he's a thug. Lastly SE bikes. They were terrible in the nineties. Still terrible. Todd Lyons claim to Fame was that backflip he did in a race because he couldn't win. True story.
I think the situation with the axles snapping is that the only bikes that are supposed to have them are the bikes that come with pegs, it seems like all the bikes that don't come with pegs are the ones that snap, that's why I took the pegs off my fast ripper. and I had a Fat Quad which doesn't come with pegs and my axle snapped from doing a peg hop and i couldn't find an axle anywhere so I had to buy 2 brand new hubs just for the axle which was like $150.00.
The problem with axle is there aren’t any axle locks on the axle washers that sit against the bearings. This puts tension the axle. Like a spoke on a wheel. When the axle is pulled from each side it can bear more weight. Look at TNT hubs. Bearing axle locks on both side. If u don’t have this u have to do what freestylers do and go with a bigger 14mm axle. I got axle locks on all my hubs from S.E. also I got some cryogenic frozen stress relived. Like on my Mike Buff. It’s just cheap China made stuff. Old schools stuff was made in USA 🇺🇸 I talked to Todd about this and he avoids the question. It seems he being pressured to make more money for conglomerates who owns S.E. It seemed he wanted to buy S.E. to have better quality on bikes but his hands are tied. He pushed for better quality in Taiwan 2018 but the company pushed back to China. They would make it a “Kmart” brand if they could. Todd is preventing that. 😁

That is crazy! Bro, i was getting ready to purchase a SE bike. That drama was crazy, but the quality control issues i had look into. They get their parts from the same manufacturer that Kent gets their parts from, also the same issues occurre in the same model.
main reason i stopped riding bikes and posting on insta was because of the drama. everybody thinks there someone or better then everyone and don’t know how to humble themselves and focus on themselves and there own goals…💯. all the drama made it not enjoyable to even go outside and do what i used to love doing everyday… todd lyons should address these issues and get rid of all the negative and toxic people off his team so that the next generation of kids that get into bikes have something to enjoy like we did in our younger years riding. not gonna ramble about this but just saying the truth.. ❤
Se hasn't been cool since Scott (the founder of se) passed away. He was my neighbor and I seen what he wanted for the company. What the company is now is nothing like his original vision.

I think people need to start realizing that brand worship is going to eventually lead to toxicity of the consumers and the company. Though, it doesn't help that SE doesn't care to have some better responsibility over who and how sponsor. I love my SE bikes, i have two So Cal Flyers i've put thousands of miles on. I was recommended an SE through my (now defunct) bike shop becuase all i wanted was a simply built bike for cruising and trail riding, and i had difficulty finding a quality single speed bike in 24'". I just hope SE pulls out of this and changes for the better. Again like you said its going to be up to the community to band together for change.

In the early 2010's I was riding fixed gear freestyle, and when fixed gear was at it's peak popularity, you had SE bikes come out with their own fixed gear bike, called the PK Ripper, everyone knew it was trash and a cheap shitty bike, meant to look pretty but was made with shitty low quality components that would fall apart. Seems SE is up to their old tricks, trying to jump from one band wagon/hype to the next. But their big wheel single speed bikes have been more popular than ever before. SE bikes hasn't made a quality bike since the 80's....
I’m a huge SE Bikes fan, have been my whole life. I remember when they dropped their first 29” Bike (2009 Big Ripper). It sucks to see what the brand has turned into on the mainstream level, they haven’t made a new PK Ripper Elite in a couple years now. Thank you for holding them accountable and making this video, if Todd is the same guy I’ve been a fan of since I was 8 years old, I’m hoping he does whats right in the end.
Facts: -Bike life is a fad, cruiser bmx bikes have existed for forever -Cutting the grips off was disrespectful, you could have cut them off without a camera seeing as they gave you a free bike -This is how sponsors work, this sponsor is just ran by morons -SE bikes died off in the early 90's because they were/are junk and you got clowned on for riding them -Todd Lyons has always been a clown. Dude rode for Huffy (LOL!) We clowned on TL in the 90's, and we are clowning on him now. -You can get a full Chro-mo frame and fork from S&M and rig it up with bike parts that won't break your first ride.

Bro I was at aride with a brand new SE bike and it was a 46 mile race and my bike broke on the 23 mile and db blocks laughed at me pushed me off my bike too he ALSO took my phone cause I was recording him and he took it and broke it and he never apologized it made me so sad cause I was only 14 I couldn’t ride for like 3 yrs bc I had so many bruises and I had to recover and at the time I couldn’t pay for it cause I was just in high school then I got a new phone and cam and posted a vid exposing him and now all my friends hate db blocks and they never buy SE bikes so now I’m just telling all the bikers at my school and I’m telling them not to buy them bc they will break so it ended happily ever after toddlyons is so gay just stay safe rozatti and everyone out there if u guys kept on fighting he would have been the one crying and leaveing

I have a Cult devotion 29 I am huge 6ft 3 , 330 lbs and coming down from being in the 600s. Just ride and ride often . Wheelies are cool so is speed. Upgrade as you can afford. But ride and ride with friends, Big wheel bikes changed my life. Have fun . Very informative video enjoy the ride stay fit life is very very short! Stomp Strong badasses!

I just purchased a big ripper hd. While not my first choice I got it t half price $700 cad brand new From a local bike shop. Only got it to replace a stolen beach cruiser but since I used to race bmx in the early 80s and I recognized the name if figured it would be more fun. I’m glad I live in a small town in eastern Canada ( no one will know the brand) because I’m now embarrassed to promote the SE brand. Love the smaller brands that do cruiser bmx but not willing to pay big money for something I’m just going to ride as a fun bike. Thanks for the very informative video😀
I have a Gt 24 and got a specialized rockhopper 29 for a good price that's an absolute blast to ride, I raced back in the late 70's/early 80's on a hutch with graphite tuff wheels,fun times back then😁

SE Bikes Documentary, I love this dawg! I'm from nyc + heavy on bikelife culture and I fell in love with SE Bikes, got my first one for like my 16th Birthday and was chasing the SE Bike scene till I found out how fake it was!
Gives me a different perspective if i should want a se bike as my next bike. Im stuck with a cheap 27.5 and i wanted a savage flyer but after watching this idk if i want to support a brand that controls the very thing that keeps them up.
Todd Lyons is not a good guy, he thinks it's cool for his riders to damage people's cars by swerving into them. The interview proved that he approves of this behavior. Just say no to SE bikes AND Todd Lyons.

while i dont agree with the way the sponsor and its riders treated people theres no excuse for the way they have acted to you and others I can also see a few situations you created yourself. while RDblocks had no reason saying he charged for people to video him. You started talking shit to him on the street which he had to react in front of everyone, you could of just ignored the small coment he made and kept riding with your friends instead of start talking bad to him. And SE bikes sent you a brand new bike which you acted happy to get but then immediatly made a post throwing shade at one of theyre product and you cant act like you didnt know what you were doing. that situation SE bikes had a valid reason to not be happy with you. Anybody sending you product would feel the same about you throwing shade at them after you receive free stuff. And frank, you also could of just ignored it some pointless twitter finger shit but instead you went to him and started instigating a confrontation but then want to act like your the victim. Again i whole heartedly agree the company and riders are in the wrong, but i can also see that you are instigating problems yourself creating situations and then act oblivous and innocent which is an unfortunate trend nowadays most of these situations really could of been ignored or swept under until you start talking crazy asking for a fight . I cant be the only one that noticed it in this video. Hopefully people realize the situation at SE bikes and the way theyre riders act isnt ok. And hopefully you realize that reacting the way you do talking crazy will end up bad one day everybody wants to pull a trigger way to fast or jump somebody stomping theyre head in nowadays and i hope you realize instead of talking crazy sometimes its better just to ignore it. those in person altercations they said minor comments and you start calling them c*ock suckers, b*itches, telling them to f*uck off and asking for the fight, you cant expect someone to not react infront of people then try to act like you have no idea why they reacted.
Ive been in the bmx scene for the better part of 20 years. I've seen many stories like this from my time working in the industry. I've seen this stuff about SE as well so you're story isn't surprising to me. I think everyone should share their horror stories from these companies. I've had brands that I stuck behind that I no longer support due to these types of actions.

Not a good look at all for SE. But also, not a great look for yourself. You compromised your own integrity by agreeing to take down a video you thought people should see, just for our own personal gain. And even after all the bad blood over how Todd did you with the trip, you jumped at the chance to accept a free bike from him. Of course he's going to get mad if you say his grips are trash after that. When you take free product, there's an expectation that you're going to promote it -- not call it trash. That's just reality and you're naive if you think that's not the way businesses operate. If you want to be objective about reviews, you should disclose that the bike's free or, better yet, buy the bike yourself. That way your viewers can trust that you're truly being impartial and not influenced by free stuff. Fighting at a gas station with kids around? The one thing this video shows is that *everyone* involved here needs to grow up. Saying all this? I think you probably learned something from it, and it's good you put this out there. I'd never buy an SE bike after knowing everything involved.

I just wanna give my input as a former se rider , first off I’m grateful for it all, the free flights, the free hotels and the free bikes. Not a lot of people can get a opportunity like that to be a sponsored rider I worked really hard to get on the se crew I’m talking 4 years of dedicated RUclips videos ab SEBIKES, they make amazing bikes I truly believe they do I’m not picking sides but I can say this over the 2 years of being a sponsored rider I noticed some red flags and those red flags never got addressed but always brushed under the rug, being a sponsored rider sometimes it felt like I was in competition with my own teammates. As a RUclips bikelife content creator and someone who has nothing but pure love for the bikelife culture, I had no choice but to not ignore the red flags I saw, I pretty much decided it would be best if I went my own route with no sponsorship, to anyone out there just ride your bike and have fun do what you love and everything in your favor will fall into place, everything in this world or on the internet is not what it seems 💯 #staywoke

I've been a bmx rider for almost 30 years now. SE was uncool a long time ago, and they had to rebrand themselves as a wheelie bike company. Their bikes couldn't hold up to the abuse bmx riders would put their bikes through, so they had to go a different route. They're the MGK of bikes

My friend, Tony Ray Davis and I started Super Style II BMX Freestyle team back in 1980 Downey, CA. We invited SE to come and see our BMX Freestyle show at Golf N' Stuff in Downey, CA (late 1981) to acquire sponsorship. A guy from SE came and watched us ride, and was impressed with what he saw. So, we were sponsored by SE. We received 1 PK Ripper each, Landing Gear forks, and SE stickers to hand out at our future shows. A few months later (early 1982), we asked Vans to see our show to ask for sponsorship. A guy from Vans came to watch our show. He said - Vans doesn't have a BMX Freestyle team...Want to be our first? He, also said - How about you just join our team and do some school shows, mall events, and tour with us to Ohio Grand National Race? Both, Tony and I agreed. When, we went on tour to Ohio - a few months later, I told Vans team manager, Everette Rosecrans, that Scot wanted us to take pictures of shows. Everette said "we didn't need to report to SE with photos from our shows" because "Scot knew we're getting it done riding for Vans, doing multi weekend shows around Southern California to Ohio Grand National Race. Tony and I found out later, that the photo story Everette had told us wasn't true. So, when I showed up to get a fresh frame from Scot, he snatched the frame from me and said to "get lost." Good video bud. To be fair, I think the video with the grips was wrong. Lyons did give you a bike and you should never bite the hand that feeds you like that. If you had moral issues with SE still, you shouldn't have accepted the bike (it just makes you look like an opportunist), and TBH I don't understand why you did after all that had happened (including the bikes breaking so much) and what you'd been through. BUT you're very young and as you pointed out you didn't have adult male guidance in your life and you just figured things out as you went, good on you. Aside from that, I think the rest of what you've presented is accurate and very well done ! This wheelie B.S, taking over streets, riding in gangs with no regard for other road users, swerving into cars etc is sooo damn cringe and makes a bad name for all riders. The bikelife future is in your hands. The only thing preventing you from being the next TL is the limitations of your mind. Start your own bike company and address the needs of the community. SE fills a gap because there a few alternatives. Take the lumps and use them as stepping blocks to move up.

I remember Todd from the 80s BMX scene when I was racing. He was about a year younger than me . I don’t remember him being like this, but that was over 30 years ago.
To be honest, in the 80s, SE bikes weren’t even in the top 10 of the most desired and sought after BMX race bikes. Skyway, hutch, powerlight, redline, just to name a few, were easily dominating SE bikes, back then. In fact, the only people I saw on them, were factory sponsored riders.
And also back then if a sponsored rider had behaved in the way this guy did to you, off the team immediately, no questions asked, done. no negotiation no argument, no nothing. Says a lot about that companies outlook now.
I appreciate you making this video, I was considering an SE due all the hype and thinking they were better now, I guess I’ll keep looking.

Damn Rozaati you can clearly tell SE Bikes did not look at you as a threat and weren't bothered by your videos for years. But, now you literally have them in a chokehold. You literally created an army of that is slandering SE Bikes. You even backed them into a corner and forced them to get rid of Frank. Sales are already down because of recession and the fact that SE Bikes took advantage and priced gouged their bikes when Covid hit. There was a high demand for bicycles in general. Now that those sales have come to a stop they are literally struggling to make sales on their bikes and lowered the price by 25%. This video was impeccable timing too. Its honestly impressive what you just started. SE Bikes is in trouble right now.

I got flown to all the biggest hair shows by Andis Clippers. They switched up their whole company look because of me. Used my work on their website (without my consent or event telling me) which they redid because of me. Broke records in sales at the shows FOR THEM. Wasn't getting paid, when I'd make them an extra 150k in 3 day shows ... BIG COMPANIES ARE USERS and old people SUCK haha . I went on to get myself flown all over the world, get in mags, and receive awards on my own. These companies are smart for getting someone to create a team to USE. The smarter companies actually pay their talents and grow. The shitty , not so well managed companies are too stupid to see this coming. I love this post. Get that truth out there. Damn bro, I’m on RUclips researching the 27.5 SE PK ripper and I’m not buying it now.
What should I get though?
I think the situation with the axles snapping is that the only bikes that are supposed to have them are the bikes that come with pegs, it seems like all the bikes that don't come with pegs are the ones that snap, that's why I took the pegs off my fast ripper. and I had a Fat Quad which doesn't come with pegs and my axle snapped from doing a peg hop and i couldn't find an axle anywhere so I had to buy 2 brand new hubs just for the axle which was like $150.00.
Not the point the we riders ride there fast rippers with pegs and we ain’t hear anything about there axles?

The problem with axle is there aren’t any axle locks on the axle washers that sit against the bearings. This puts tension the axle. Like a spoke on a wheel. When the axle is pulled from each side it can bear more weight. Look at TNT hubs. Bearing axle locks on both side. If u don’t have this u have to do what freestylers do and go with a bigger 14mm axle. I got axle locks on all my hubs from S.E. also I got some cryogenic frozen stress relived. Like on my Mike Buff. It’s just cheap China made stuff. Old schools stuff was made in USA 🇺🇸
I talked to Todd about this and he avoids the question.
It seems he being pressured to make more money for conglomerates who owns S.E. It seemed he wanted to buy S.E. to have better quality on bikes but his hands are tied. He pushed for better quality in Taiwan 2018 but the company pushed back to China. They would make it a “Kmart” brand if they could. Todd is preventing that. 😁

That is crazy! Bro, i was getting ready to purchase a SE bike. That drama was crazy, but the quality control issues i had look into. They get their parts from the same manufacturer that Kent gets their parts from, also the same issues occurre in the same model.

main reason i stopped riding bikes and posting on insta was because of the drama. everybody thinks there someone or better then everyone and don’t know how to humble themselves and focus on themselves and there own goals…💯. all the drama made it not enjoyable to even go outside and do what i used to love doing everyday… todd lyons should address these issues and get rid of all the negative and toxic people off his team so that the next generation of kids that get into bikes have something to enjoy like we did in our younger years riding. not gonna ramble about this but just saying the truth.. ❤

I think people need to start realizing that brand worship is going to eventually lead to toxicity of the consumers and the company. Though, it doesn't help that SE doesn't care to have some better responsibility over who and how sponsor.
I love my SE bikes, i have two So Cal Flyers i've put thousands of miles on. I was recommended an SE through my (now defunct) bike shop becuase all i wanted was a simply built bike for cruising and trail riding, and i had difficulty finding a quality single speed bike in 24'".
I just hope SE pulls out of this and changes for the better. Again like you said its going to be up to the community to band together for change.

In the early 2010's I was riding fixed gear freestyle, and when fixed gear was at it's peak popularity, you had SE bikes come out with their own fixed gear bike, called the PK Ripper, everyone knew it was trash and a cheap shitty bike, meant to look pretty but was made with shitty low quality components that would fall apart. Seems SE is up to their old tricks, trying to jump from one band wagon/hype to the next. But their big wheel single speed bikes have been more popular than ever before. SE bikes hasn't made a quality bike since the 80's....
I’m a huge SE Bikes fan, have been my whole life. I remember when they dropped their first 29” Bike (2009 Big Ripper). It sucks to see what the brand has turned into on the mainstream level, they haven’t made a new PK Ripper Elite in a couple years now. Thank you for holding them accountable and making this video, if Todd is the same guy I’ve been a fan of since I was 8 years old, I’m hoping he does whats right in the end.

-Bike life is a fad, cruiser bmx bikes have existed for forever
-Cutting the grips off was disrespectful, you could have cut them off without a camera seeing as they gave you a free bike
-This is how sponsors work, this sponsor is just ran by morons
-SE bikes died off in the early 90's because they were/are junk and you got clowned on for riding them

Bro I was at aride with a brand new SE bike and it was a 46 mile race and my bike broke on the 23 mile and db blocks laughed at me pushed me off my bike too he ALSO took my phone cause I was recording him and he took it and broke it and he never apologized it made me so sad cause I was only 14 I couldn’t ride for like 3 yrs bc I had so many bruises and I had to recover and at the time I couldn’t pay for it cause I was just in high school then I got a new phone and cam and posted a vid exposing him and now all my friends hate db blocks and they never buy SE bikes so now I’m just telling all the bikers at my school and I’m telling them not to buy them bc they will break so it ended happily ever after toddlyons is so gay just stay safe rozatti and everyone out there if u guys kept on fighting he would have been the one crying and leaveing

I have a Cult devotion 29 I am huge 6ft 3 , 330 lbs and coming down from being in the 600s. Just ride and ride often . Wheelies are cool so is speed. Upgrade as you can afford. But ride and ride with friends, Big wheel bikes changed my life. Have fun .

I just purchased a big ripper hd. While not my first choice I got it t half price $700 cad brand new From a local bike shop. Only got it to replace a stolen beach cruiser but since I used to race bmx in the early 80s and I recognized the name if figured it would be more fun. I’m glad I live in a small town in eastern Canada ( no one will know the brand) because I’m now embarrassed to promote the SE brand. Love the smaller brands that do cruiser bmx but not willing to pay big money for something I’m just going to ride as a fun bike. Thanks for the very informative video😀
I have a Gt 24 and got a specialized rockhopper 29 for a good price that's an absolute blast to ride, I raced back in the late 70's/early 80's on a hutch with graphite tuff wheels,fun times back then😁

while i dont agree with the way the sponsor and its riders treated people theres no excuse for the way they have acted to you and others I can also see a few situations you created yourself. while RDblocks had no reason saying he charged for people to video him. You started talking shit to him on the street which he had to react in front of everyone, you could of just ignored the small coment he made and kept riding with your friends instead of start talking bad to him. And SE bikes sent you a brand new bike which you acted happy to get but then immediatly made a post throwing shade at one of theyre product and you cant act like you didnt know what you were doing. that situation SE bikes had a valid reason to not be happy with you. Anybody sending you product would feel the same about you throwing shade at them after you receive free stuff. And frank, you also could of just ignored it some pointless twitter finger shit but instead you went to him and started instigating a confrontation but then want to act like your the victim. Again i whole heartedly agree the company and riders are in the wrong, but i can also see that you are instigating problems yourself creating situations and then act oblivous and innocent which is an unfortunate trend nowadays most of these situations really could of been ignored or swept under until you start talking crazy asking for a fight . I cant be the only one that noticed it in this video. Hopefully people realize the situation at SE bikes and the way theyre riders act isnt ok. Ive been in the bmx scene for the better part of 20 years. I've seen many stories like this from my time working in the industry. I've seen this stuff about SE as well so you're story isn't surprising to me. I think everyone should share their horror stories from these companies. I've had brands that I stuck behind that I no longer support due to these types of actions.
never sell your integrity. the way SE bikes is managed by some 'random old man' (lol), and how it takes advantage of sponsored riders has been the way the bike industry (bmx) has conducted itself since the 70s. thank you for your expose on Todd and the brand he manages.

Not a good look at all for SE. But also, not a great look for yourself. You compromised your own integrity by agreeing to take down a video you thought people should see, just for our own personal gain. And even after all the bad blood over how Todd did you with the trip, you jumped at the chance to accept a free bike from him. Of course he's going to get mad if you say his grips are trash after that. When you take free product, there's an expectation that you're going to promote it -- not call it trash. That's just reality and you're naive if you think that's not the way businesses operate. If you want to be objective about reviews, you should disclose that the bike's free or, better yet, buy the bike yourself. That way your viewers can trust that you're truly being impartial and not influenced by free stuff.
Fighting at a gas station with kids around? The one thing this video shows is that *everyone* involved here needs to grow up.
Saying all this? I think you probably learned something from it, and it's good you put this out there. I'd never buy an SE bike after knowing everything involved.
