I just wanna give my input as a former se rider , first off I’m grateful for it all, the free flights, the free hotels and the free bikes. Not a lot of people can get a opportunity like that to be a sponsored rider I worked really hard to get on the se crew I’m talking 4 years of dedicated RUclips videos ab SEBIKES, they make amazing bikes I truly believe they do I’m not picking sides but I can say this over the 2 years of being a sponsored rider I noticed some red flags and those red flags never got addressed but always brushed under the rug, being a sponsored rider sometimes it felt like I was in competition with my own teammates. As a RUclips bikelife content creator and someone who has nothing but pure love for the bikelife culture, I had no choice but to not ignore the red flags I saw, I pretty much decided it would be best if I went my own route with no sponsorship, to anyone out there just ride your bike and have fun do what you love and everything in your favor will fall into place, everything in this world or on the internet is not what it seems 💯 #staywoke
Make sure watch the whole video to understand the situation. I am here for the community the real bikelife and SE Bikes wants to silence our opinion. Make sure to go on their page and tell them this behavior is disgusting and Frank and Dblocks needs to be removed! *video is fully put together and edited only be me* I will be reading thru everyone thoughts and comments I appreciate the support from all of you 💯💚 Send this video to @bikecollc
I've been a bmx rider for almost 30 years now. SE was uncool a long time ago, and they had to rebrand themselves as a wheelie bike company. Their bikes couldn't hold up to the abuse bmx riders would put their bikes through, so they had to go a different route. They're the MGK of bikes
I stop liking them in 1982 after this..Quick Story about Scot Breithaupt Original SE owner: My friend, Tony Ray Davis and I started Super Style II BMX Freestyle team back in 1980 Downey, CA. We invited SE to come and see our BMX Freestyle show at Golf N' Stuff in Downey, CA (late 1981) to acquire sponsorship. A guy from SE came and watched us ride, and was impressed with what he saw. So, we were sponsored by SE. We received 1 PK Ripper each, Landing Gear forks, and SE stickers to hand out at our future shows. A few months later (early 1982), we asked Vans to see our show to ask for sponsorship. A guy from Vans came to watch our show. He said - Vans doesn't have a BMX Freestyle team...Want to be our first? He, also said - How about you just join our team and do some school shows, mall events, and tour with us to Ohio Grand National Race? Both, Tony and I agreed. When, we went on tour to Ohio - a few months later, I told Vans team manager, Everette Rosecrans, that Scot wanted us to take pictures of shows. Everette said "we didn't need to report to SE with photos from our shows" because "Scot knew we're getting it done riding for Vans, doing multi weekend shows around Southern California to Ohio Grand National Race. Tony and I found out later, that the photo story Everette had told us wasn't true. So, when I showed up to get a fresh frame from Scot, he snatched the frame from me and said to "get lost." I tried to explain, but Scot didn't care. Later that day, I went to Ralph's Bicycle, my local bike shop in Downey. This shop was a big part of BMX history that sponsored many riders. Anyways, Ralph hooked me up with the Hustler - A frame that he had just started to manufacture. I told him about my Scot "frame issue" and he said "What a Scum Bag". That he's no better than a Child Molester :( Scot has never acknowledged Super Style II Freestyle BMX history on the SE History sites. I find that to be very sad and wished I had more photos today. I'm sure, Scot must have had a few because we gave him photos on several occasions before we joined with Vans. My Family NOW!! Enjoy, Thanks for watching. ruclips.net/video/PJtFQx0Hy44/видео.html
nothing but facts. this video is by far one of your best videos ever, the scene, music, visual diagrams, and your overall explanation really makes me feel as if I was in your shoes. the universe led it up to you to be the one to speak up about it and I know people learn from this video if fully watched, no bike company at this moment truly cares about the lifestyle, or what we actually do, like you said its all about the money in their eyes. I hope one day that will change, but good jawn ma boy I'm proud of you frfr 💙💪
i mean, its kind of a fad and a small market compared to other forms of cycling. Not surprising there isn't much support, do you really have to have a special bike just for wheelies? we got by fine without them in the past.
I remember Todd from the 80s BMX scene when I was racing. He was about a year younger than me . I don’t remember him being like this, but that was over 30 years ago. To be honest, in the 80s, SE bikes weren’t even in the top 10 of the most desired and sought after BMX race bikes. Skyway, hutch, powerlight, redline, just to name a few, were easily dominating SE bikes, back then. In fact, the only people I saw on them, were factory sponsored riders. And also back then if a sponsored rider had behaved in the way this guy did to you, off the team immediately, no questions asked, done. no negotiation no argument, no nothing. Says a lot about that companies outlook now. I appreciate you making this video, I was considering an SE due all the hype and thinking they were better now, I guess I’ll keep looking.
The sad fact is, there are people like this everywhere you go. Whether it's in bikelife, or any other community. In my experience, most people are pretty chill, but there will always be at least one troublemaker in the group, no matter where you go. Stay positive, Rozaati. You're doing great.
I went to the 2022 beast mode ride out, saw RR DBlocks, tried to give him a fist bump, he looked at my fist, and looked away instead of giving me a fist bump. Unreal i tell you
My friend Brian was telling me last night that "just because DBlocks is sponsored doesn't mean he has to be nice" And I told him that dblocks does not need to be a bitch either, then again he supposed to be a role model for bikelife kids, so yeah he kinda required to be nice if he gonna have any kind of sponsorship, idgaf if he from NY

SE still has the largest marketshare in bikelife they produce and sell the most bikes. I ride GT,redline, and am building a hutch so I'm not even a fan of SE. But I honestly doubt any level of online drama is going to knock them from the top spot. Also ur a beast of a rider Patches Im always watching ur moves on Steezy's channel
@@JimP419 for now while the kids like those big dumb wheelie bikes I don't feel they are the best bmx brand by a long shot, I love gt and Sunday with the odyssey parts
The bikelife future is in your hands. The only thing preventing you from being the next TL is the limitations of your mind. Start your own bike company and address the needs of the community. SE fills a gap because there a few alternatives. Take the lumps and use them as stepping blocks to move up.

imma be honest rn, your my face of bikelife. I live only a couple miles from the inner city and that really makes your videos more wholesome. I moved here to years ago and since but much more on wheelies. Im a mountianbiker at heart but wheelies take me over in winter and I was thinking about buying an SE Bike. This changed me for the better an you dont undertand how much I look foward to a new video from you. Im alwasy trying to improve. u rly gave a good full story and i apreciate it. Please take the heart im really sorry about all of this and i see much more people agree with me. And where can i buy that rozatti jacket???
Yoo, I just started riding bikes bro and I ain’t know all abt dis stuff but it’s good that you put this out there. The facts that you went through all this and you still keep goin is amazing. All respect to you for keeping your ground.🔥🔥

Good video bud. To be fair, I think the video with the grips was wrong. Lyons did give you a bike and you should never bite the hand that feeds you like that. If you had moral issues with SE still, you shouldn't have accepted the bike (it just makes you look like an opportunist), and TBH I don't understand why you did after all that had happened (including the bikes breaking so much) and what you'd been through. BUT you're very young and as you pointed out you didn't have adult male guidance in your life and you just figured things out as you went, good on you. Aside from that, I think the rest of what you've presented is accurate and very well done ! This wheelie B.S, taking over streets, riding in gangs with no regard for other road users, swerving into cars etc is sooo damn cringe and makes a bad name for all riders. A lot of people in the BMX community really don't like SE or Lyons (any more) because of all this crap and good on you for putting it out there. Stay safe bro.
The way that they portrayed themselves as a good team that has the best life is sad and violating to Alex 😢 but aside all of that I am so happy that Alex came out safe in the end and I love how he is still in the right mind set
Se hasn't been cool since Scott (the founder of se) passed away. He was my neighbor and I seen what he wanted for the company. What the company is now is nothing like his original vision.
What a video, I can tell you put a lot of effort into this video. It's horrible those things happen to you. Keep killing it and inspirering the bikelife community 💪
I got flown to all the biggest hair shows by Andis Clippers. They switched up their whole company look because of me. Used my work on their website (without my consent or event telling me) which they redid because of me. Broke records in sales at the shows FOR THEM. Wasn't getting paid, when I'd make them an extra 150k in 3 day shows ... BIG COMPANIES ARE USERS and old people SUCK haha . I went on to get myself flown all over the world, get in mags, and receive awards on my own. These companies are smart for getting someone to create a team to USE. The smarter companies actually pay their talents and grow. The shitty , not so well managed companies are too stupid to see this coming. I love this post. Get that truth out there. It'll cause all kinds of a stir but that's the real growth. Big UPS ...... I like that you're not afraid to keep it 100
My young bull, that was a dope video and very insightful to what goes on behind the scenes. You got a good head on your shoulder and I wish you nothing but success. You’ll get there. But a word of advice - if SE is so protective of their brand and image, watch out for that Cease and Desist or Defamation Suit. If shit goes down, start a Go Fund Me. We got you.
Yes really talk bcz I wanted a new bike for the spring by watching this video it really make me want to get a GT I got one se bike and it has no Se parts on it.
The sad truth is, as one person I saw in this thread said. You're competing with your team mates. The bike life movement has a lot of thugs in it. Period. And it's not shocking to see a sponsored thug being a b****. Precursors to bike life in NYC... bike messaging. The fact that dblock would throw his bike at a kid is just fuel for the fire to prove he's a thug. Lastly SE bikes. They were terrible in the nineties. Still terrible. Todd Lyons claim to Fame was that backflip he did in a race because he couldn't win. True story.
I didn't know who you were before this video, but I have to say you are very inspiring as a young entrepreneur. The way this has been documented, cut, and edited is impressive. Excited to see more positive stuff from you in the future. Cheers from The City That Care Forgot. Come visit us!
glad this came out sadly bike life out in the Bay Area is dying, but I’m glad steeezy got out the mix to do his own thing seeing this can make everyone realize what goes on behind the scene…not always what it seems but one wheel frank acting like nba youngboy is crazy fr.
Yo amigo 🎉wanted to say thank you for opening my eyes to the working of SE bikes a Todd Lyons’s worlds. I’ve been a follower of SE Bikes since I was a young buck now I’m older and have a pretty good collection. But since seeing this video about DBlocks and Todd’s evil empire I don’t think I will buy another bikes made by them and the ones I have might look into selling a few of them. I knew of people getting burned by them and follow many of the same bike life RUclipsrs and I did find it weird they all left SE crew. You were so honest and had concerted evidence of what they did. Much love bro and keep doing you.
Don’t let this video fool you, the fast ripper is the best se bike ,I got 2 of em and 4 other se bikes and the fast ripper is the best ,as long as your not slamming your full body weight on the pegs you’ll be fine
The wheelie scene is so weird to me even as someone who really likes to do wheelies. It's like taking just one aspect of BMX flat ground and making that your whole riding about that. I mean I guess there's all kinds of weird disciplines people specialize in in cycling but I would never in a million years think I could get sponsored by a bike company just for wheelieing, I can wheelie around my whole neighborhood without stopping but I would never think that would get me a sponsorship cause my main disciplines of choice: DH/enduro/freeride all require a level of skill to be sponsored/professional that even as a very skilled rider I look like a complete noob compared to even the bottom tier pro DH/freeride riders and the kinds of stuff especially the freeride guys do is literally death defying. Idk basically what I'm saying is this kind of bike scene is so foreign to me, the only kind of conflict that happens in mountain biking is over trail etiquette and building
Grown man assaults minor and attempts to ruin his reputation, maybe risking his life by the accusations. Straight up weirdo shit, sorry this happened man. And mad respect to you for standing up for yourself. Even throwing hands! Be safe.
I have been searching to buy a se bike and then when i went onto my RUclips this video popped up,, This is absolutely appalling from se, i now wont be spending my hard earned money buying one of their bikes to support this.. Good job dude for bringing this to light. Great content you are making and very professional approach,, i hope your ch blows up.
Alex this is disgusting. I looked up to se riders for so long and after seeing how corrupted the company is and how the riders act made me not want to ride my se anymore. Keep on grinding and riding man don't let these fools stop you from doing what you love
na bro keep riding the bikes its just the team thats bad and the leaders dont let them stop you from becoming good at bikelife. if you want to get out of SE, i suggest selling your current bike and buying a peach bomma 27.5 from mafia. its on sale for $489, has gears and pegs, and has disk brakes. my cousin and friend bought it and they have gotten so much better on it than on their SE bikes.
SE Bikes Documentary, I love this dawg! I'm from nyc + heavy on bikelife culture and I fell in love with SE Bikes, got my first one for like my 16th Birthday and was chasing the SE Bike scene till I found out how fake it was!
Facts: -Bike life is a fad, cruiser bmx bikes have existed for forever -Cutting the grips off was disrespectful, you could have cut them off without a camera seeing as they gave you a free bike -This is how sponsors work, this sponsor is just ran by morons -SE bikes died off in the early 90's because they were/are junk and you got clowned on for riding them -Todd Lyons has always been a clown. Dude rode for Huffy (LOL!) We clowned on TL in the 90's, and we are clowning on him now. -You can get a full Chro-mo frame and fork from S&M and rig it up with bike parts that won't break your first ride.
Ive seen this sort of shit during my life and i can tell you the real ones always rise to the top. Gate keepers like this SE crew can hold onto power much longer than they should, but kids like Frank always get humbled by men like Rozaati. Im nearly 50 and this stuff happens in every scene, be it music or sport or art etc. Its people like this Rozaati dude that change culture. He should start a competing company to SE and show them how to treat loyal riders.
main reason i stopped riding bikes and posting on insta was because of the drama. everybody thinks there someone or better then everyone and don’t know how to humble themselves and focus on themselves and there own goals…💯. all the drama made it not enjoyable to even go outside and do what i used to love doing everyday… todd lyons should address these issues and get rid of all the negative and toxic people off his team so that the next generation of kids that get into bikes have something to enjoy like we did in our younger years riding. not gonna ramble about this but just saying the truth.. ❤
In the early 2010's I was riding fixed gear freestyle, and when fixed gear was at it's peak popularity, you had SE bikes come out with their own fixed gear bike, called the PK Ripper, everyone knew it was trash and a cheap shitty bike, meant to look pretty but was made with shitty low quality components that would fall apart. Seems SE is up to their old tricks, trying to jump from one band wagon/hype to the next. But their big wheel single speed bikes have been more popular than ever before. SE bikes hasn't made a quality bike since the 80's....
I think people need to start realizing that brand worship is going to eventually lead to toxicity of the consumers and the company. Though, it doesn't help that SE doesn't care to have some better responsibility over who and how sponsor. I love my SE bikes, i have two So Cal Flyers i've put thousands of miles on. I was recommended an SE through my (now defunct) bike shop becuase all i wanted was a simply built bike for cruising and trail riding, and i had difficulty finding a quality single speed bike in 24'". I just hope SE pulls out of this and changes for the better. Again like you said its going to be up to the community to band together for change.
Thanks for the info on this company BMX biking was always a community that didn’t bully people and we just had fun. I am pushing 49 years old and was gonna update my petals on my red line pro line bike just a cruise around and I wanted the bear trap clause off of the hutch, but I can’t afford those reproduction so I was gonna go with SE bikes bear trap pedals not no more. I think I’ll be seeking another brand. If those people that think they can bully kids that’s not cool. Nobody should be supporting a brand that brings up people like this. Thanks for exposing these cowards.
Never planned of having a SE bike myself, but now I’m like straight up on boycott mode for the brand. Thank you Roz for exposing the major issues, it’s important to be raw and real, especially as professionals and major influencers for the community.
That is crazy! Bro, i was getting ready to purchase a SE bike. That drama was crazy, but the quality control issues i had look into. They get their parts from the same manufacturer that Kent gets their parts from, also the same issues occurre in the same model.
@@V4mpboymirrI don't know about the C2 ,but is the Throne really any better? I know the stock cranks are trash, and the crimp welds are questionable. You gotta look at all these bikes as a starter kits. When it breaks you upgrade.
I live in New York. You won’t ever have a problem out here. I’m gonna let your bike rider. I’m not hooked up with these people you talking about, but that’s just wrong. We don’t do it as stuff over here in New York but sometimes you got a bad apple what do you do about apples because they do spoil a bunch And you did the right thing kid by exposing him somebody else should have been in that position because someone like him does not deserve to grow, he might as well go dance with the didler he is a grown man pushing a 16-year-old kid off of his bike the whole situation just not with a person should deal with especially a 16 year-old child. I’m not gonna say child but teen he was a whole grown man with a sponsorship, you do the right thing kid. This is my real platform. I just started writing electric bikes put something like this something like this would deter another electric bike rider from a great experience to be with the others and enjoy a great ride. That’s what it’s about not being a bully.
Shocked that NBA fun boy the 3rd isn’t kicked off the team. Nothing but respect to you Alex, you stood your ground and also warned others about the brand well knowing the consequences the company would to you, nothing but respect bro. Keep up the great work 💯🕊️
You broke this video down so well. Now there is no more he say she say proofs in the pudding... I'm waiting for a reaction video from atleast 1 out of 3 of them !!!
5:50 Im sorry bro but you was straight up calling a grown man out his name. You lucky that's all he did the way you was acting, not eveyone treats life like a video game..so don't whine when real life get real. But i do give credit for real life trolling vs online trolling 😂
I had a altercation with one of the riders him swerving into my friend and called him a worm and proceeded to kick his bike laughing off,it wasn’t serious but just sharing my story
Great video. It seems like that whole crew and their supporting cast of characters are well at best questionable…I am really off put by the exploitative nature of their younger riders and the parents of lilMan…I find that disgusting. I always knew there was something lane about their whole team…that fake “we ride as one” I don’t ride SE but I support the underdogs…blocboi, curly, deezy and rozaati. Let’s boycott SE and that will impact their bank accounts although I guess their team riders don’t make $$$ anyway….and dblocks assaulting you….go figure….sorry that happened to you but what is Todd Lyons sending texts to a 16 year old boy…sounds a little Epstein to me…sorry that happened to you that is no way to be treated by adults and especially sick that it was by adults who are supposed to be role models!!
Interesting video. I've been in the sport for many years and recently enjoying Bike Life. I appreciate your perspective on things, but I have only experienced "Positive Vibes" with Todd Lyons and the SE movement. It IS a business, anyhow. Promoting a business in the best light is how businesses succeed. What I see are a bunch of people from many different walks of life coming together and riding. There will always be some strife with such a large group of people. But it's letting the negativity go and focusing on what is good. I hope you continue with your creations and keep riding. There are other bikes out there besides SE. I just think SE is making the best. I hope things improve for this situation. Maybe see you out there.
can’t wait to get another bike i’m thinking c100 i’ve always wanted to start back youtube and bike life and you have gave me some real motivation man this video is real❤
I think the situation with the axles snapping is that the only bikes that are supposed to have them are the bikes that come with pegs, it seems like all the bikes that don't come with pegs are the ones that snap, that's why I took the pegs off my fast ripper. and I had a Fat Quad which doesn't come with pegs and my axle snapped from doing a peg hop and i couldn't find an axle anywhere so I had to buy 2 brand new hubs just for the axle which was like $150.00.
I just purchased a big ripper hd. While not my first choice I got it t half price $700 cad brand new From a local bike shop. Only got it to replace a stolen beach cruiser but since I used to race bmx in the early 80s and I recognized the name if figured it would be more fun. I’m glad I live in a small town in eastern Canada ( no one will know the brand) because I’m now embarrassed to promote the SE brand. Love the smaller brands that do cruiser bmx but not willing to pay big money for something I’m just going to ride as a fun bike. Thanks for the very informative video😀
I have a Gt 24 and got a specialized rockhopper 29 for a good price that's an absolute blast to ride, I raced back in the late 70's/early 80's on a hutch with graphite tuff wheels, fun times back then😁
Love this. All facts. Their lies and negativity impacted my business for about a 50k loss. Now all their bikes are discounted to prices lower than a dealer was able to purchase them.
SE was cool when Scott was still alive. Gangsta style is pathetic and needs to be eliminated from BMX. Todd Lyons has run out of ideas and the bikes Are WAY too expensive. SE we are all disappointed. 40 years reputation murdered by gangsta selling out by Todd Lyons…
I’m a huge SE Bikes fan, have been my whole life. I remember when they dropped their first 29” Bike (2009 Big Ripper). It sucks to see what the brand has turned into on the mainstream level, they haven’t made a new PK Ripper Elite in a couple years now. Thank you for holding them accountable and making this video, if Todd is the same guy I’ve been a fan of since I was 8 years old, I’m hoping he does whats right in the end.
Big Love from Australia 🇦🇺 that bloke is a 🐈 coward who needs the cheer squad when he could have squared up on-site to make his point. Situation speaks volumes for your courage and integrity - ride on 🚲
Miss the days before SE bikes, when people had personalities.. It was like back when I was in elementary and middle school, the bikes to get were GT, Redline, Haro maybe a Fitbike here and there.. obviously growing up my fam didn’t have the money to get me one of those hundreds of dollars bikes, so I ended up picking up skateboarding which is still expensive but at least getting parts overtime and assembly is easier, Now I try to be different with my bike set up, I ride a SE lager but with Mini mx rise handlebars to give a more bmx feel, anyways awesome video by the way!
I’m barely watching this but you have been saved by that camera. Many times people are destroyed by lies and narcissistic people. I’m glad I watched this video, I was looking at those bikes at my local bike shop. And I’m just going to stick with fixed gear and mountain bikes. Everything is expensive and brittle. Keep putting in work! Can’t believe I’m saying this but this is motivational and it has nothing to do with cars.
@@rozaati that’s facts. Proper presentation of everything is key to everything. I finally found out who was vandalizing my cars and it didn’t matter the law didn’t do anything. They moved out and my cars still fucked. That’s just the way of life without a camera or proper proof.
Another thing is what do you think working for a company is like? If you get hired on to a company that is in the public eye you are supposed to promote it. And why are you paying so much attention to the SE riders pockets? They all signed that contract. Makes me think you wanted to sign that contract but the problem is they never were going to present you with that opportunity. But you promoting SE bikes without being paid by them is crazy. Why would you push something so hard without getting paid by them unless you wanted to be a part of it?
Thanks for opening my eyes, now I know what SE Bikes stands for. As a parent of a teenager I won’t stand for grown men picking on kids. Going forward I won’t ever buy any products from this company. There’s just way to many other bike company’s to choose from. Haro is looking good to me.
This is what it looks like when people don't get real jobs lol. They ride around on bicycles for content and fight with each other outside of gas stations.

i was gonna get an se bike but now that iwatched this video the behaviour from the se crew is disgusting especially from frank and d blocks. idk what bike imma get know but imma keep looking. love ur vids btw keep up the riding and all that and much love
never sell your integrity. the way SE bikes is managed by some 'random old man' (lol), and how it takes advantage of sponsored riders has been the way the bike industry (bmx) has conducted itself since the 70s. thank you for your expose on Todd and the brand he manages.
Just stumbled upon this video. I can say that toxicity is everywhere! It's in the MTB, Road. BMX community! Some people these days are just out for themselves to an extreme! There is A reason that my local FB marketplace has A ton of SE bikes listed for sale! for the price, They aren't that great! I was into watching the wheelie bike videos till I realized how toxic scene is popularizing the whole suicide swerve, Blocking traffic and such! As an old timer I can say don't worry about clout. Just go ride your bike and have fun! Bikes are the one thing you can pick up early in life and use until your old and grey!
Just watched this video & as a dad of a 16 yrs old son who wants to try this sport is Definitely a Concern. THANK YOU💯👍💪💯 for posting this video of se bikes. So tell me what other brand of bike you recommend? Unfortunately I just purchased an se bike (yesterday) for my son oh well guess 1k is worth me looking for a reliable bike in regards to a better built & safer alternative. Keep your head up as well as keeping it 💯 ⚽️ ⚽️ ⚽️ Dad/ Bike rider
Cycling as a sport is definitely a good thing and mtb & bmx have super great communities but “bike life” and wheelie bikes seem to attract hood rats and wannabe thugs
Damn Rozaati you can clearly tell SE Bikes did not look at you as a threat and weren't bothered by your videos for years. But, now you literally have them in a chokehold. You literally created an army of that is slandering SE Bikes. You even backed them into a corner and forced them to get rid of Frank. Sales are already down because of recession and the fact that SE Bikes took advantage and priced gouged their bikes when Covid hit. There was a high demand for bicycles in general. Now that those sales have come to a stop they are literally struggling to make sales on their bikes and lowered the price by 25%. This video was impeccable timing too. Its honestly impressive what you just started. SE Bikes is in trouble right now.
Damn thanks for the insight on SE Bikes bro I been Riding Diamondback as a kid back in the 90s I was looking into SE but after seeing your videos I’ll stay DB4L! On a side note I seen some trek owners a while back get angry at a LBS owner for not having trek related products I had coined the term *Trek Doucebag* but it looks like SE had taking the title haha.

Finally someone who sees EXACTLY how it is!
Exactly true I’m 32 and can confirm nobody cares about these bikes 25 years ago
I stop liking them in 1982 after this..Quick Story about Scot Breithaupt Original SE owner:
My friend, Tony Ray Davis and I started Super Style II BMX Freestyle team back in 1980 Downey, CA. That he's no better than a Child Molester :(
Scot has never acknowledged Super Style II Freestyle BMX history on the SE History sites. I find that to be very sad and wished I had more photos today. I'm sure, Scot must have had a few because we gave him photos on several occasions before we joined with Vans.
My Family NOW!! Enjoy, Thanks for watching. ruclips.net/video/PJtFQx0Hy44/видео.html

what brands do you recommend
nothing but facts. this video is by far one of your best videos ever, the scene, music, visual diagrams, and your overall explanation really makes me feel as if I was in your shoes. the universe led it up to you to be the one to speak up about it and I know people learn from this video if fully watched, no bike company at this moment truly cares about the lifestyle, or what we actually do, like you said its all about the money in their eyes. I hope one day that will change, but good jawn ma boy I'm proud of you frfr 💙💪
I like your videos more. You got hit in the head and your camera💛
I'm the gta glasses g. Respect for this vid. Straight fax.
i mean, its kind of a fad and a small market compared to other forms of cycling. Not surprising there isn't much support, do you really have to have a special bike just for wheelies? we got by fine without them in the past.
Hi Chris
80's BMX was such a rad era. My personal favorite is 90's BMX.
The sad fact is, there are people like this everywhere you go. Whether it's in bikelife, or any other community. In my experience, most people are pretty chill, but there will always be at least one troublemaker in the group, no matter where you go. Stay positive, Rozaati. You're
doing great.
Reminds me of the car scene.
Yeah bike life is honestly riddled with them . Bunch of hoodboogers
Gangster culture = scumbags
“We ride as one” Nah it’s more like, “We are controlled by one.”
lmaooooooooo
I went to the 2022 beast mode ride out, saw RR DBlocks, tried to give him a fist bump, he looked at my fist, and looked away instead of giving me a fist bump. Unreal i tell you
Traumatic
I wish I had a good story with him but he’s really just RR DBAG
My friend Brian was telling me last night that "just because DBlocks is sponsored doesn't mean he has to be nice"
And I told him that dblocks does not need to be a bitch either, then again he supposed to be a role model for bikelife kids, so yeah he kinda required to be nice if he gonna have any kind of sponsorship, idgaf if he from NY
I LIKE YOUR TRUTH BROTHER!!!
A lot of stuff going on like this with all the bike companies.

underrated
Absolute masterpiece of a breakdown on how the top brand will fall
Faxxx brooo
thats true...
@@Freud_Mayweather They are not anywhere close to the best brand. They are mediocre at best. It’s a lot of marketing hype with these overpriced bikes.
The bikelife future is in your hands. The only thing preventing you from being the next TL is the limitations of your mind. Start your own bike company and address the needs of the community. SE fills a gap because there a few alternatives. Take the lumps and use them as stepping blocks to move up.
Couldnt have said it better myself

True story.

But since seeing this video about DBlocks and Todd’s evil empire I don’t think I will buy another bikes made by them and the ones I have might look into selling a few of them. Yo this is crazy 🤯🤦♂️ got no words for sebikes you really just refreshed my mind 💯
Be safe.

SE Bikes Documentary, I love this dawg! I'm from nyc + heavy on bikelife culture and I fell in love with SE Bikes, got my first one for like my 16th Birthday and was chasing the SE Bike scene till I found out how fake it was!
Facts:
-Bike life is a fad, cruiser bmx bikes have existed for forever
-Cutting the grips off was disrespectful, you could have cut them off without a camera seeing as they gave you a free bike
-This is how sponsors work, this sponsor is just ran by morons
-SE bikes died off in the early 90's because they were/are junk and you got clowned on for riding them
-Todd Lyons has always been a clown. Dude rode for Huffy (LOL!)
We clowned on TL in the 90's, and we are clowning on him now.
Bro todd is the corniest one😂
In the early 2010's I was riding fixed gear freestyle, and when fixed gear was at it's peak popularity, you had SE bikes come out with their own fixed gear bike, called the PK Ripper, everyone knew it was trash and a cheap shitty bike, meant to look pretty but was made with shitty low quality components that would fall apart. Seems SE is up to their old tricks, trying to jump from one band wagon/hype to the next. But their big wheel single speed bikes have been more popular than ever before. SE bikes hasn't made a quality bike since the 80's....
Keep doing what your doing my guy! Inspiration to the scene💯
I love it!!!

Keep up the great work 💯🕊️
He did get kicked off the team Jsyk
You broke this video down so well. Now there is no more he say she say proofs in the pudding... I'm waiting for a reaction video from atleast 1 out of 3 of them !!!
Glad I bought a Haro instead of an SE after watching this. Had no idea.
Damn bro, I’m on RUclips researching the 27.5 SE PK ripper and I’m not buying it now.
What should I get though?
HOODBOOGERS
Maybe see you out there.
great vid explaining everything , all the time and effort you put in🔥 sorry about all the crap that went down keep staying positive💪
can’t wait to get another bike i’m thinking c100 i’ve always wanted to start back youtube and bike life and you have gave me some real motivation man this video is real❤
Not the point the we riders ride there fast rippers with pegs and we ain’t hear anything about there axles?
late response I understand that point I just wanted to say that and how my axle snapped.
I have a Gt 24 and got a specialized rockhopper 29 for a good price that's an absolute blast to ride, I raced back in the late 70's/early 80's on a hutch with graphite tuff wheels, fun times back then😁
Gracias por mostrarnos la verdad a todos los latinos y de mi parte a todos los mexicanos 🇲🇽
Y gracias por mantener vivo al BIKE LIFE 🔥
glad you acme out with this video man I had no idea about the community being so toxic, and also I'm finna be at the hayward ride. finna be lit
Love this.
Situation speaks volumes for your courage and integrity - ride on 🚲
Respect to you having to do this, my dude.
Is the so cal good? The black and gold one because I wanna buy one
Man thats crazy i am sorry that happened to you keep your hard work up bro
respect!!
Keep doing you lil bro. Ride GT a real classic bike. 💪🏽
Can’t believe I’m saying this but this is motivational and it has nothing to do with cars.
lmao idk if saved by the camera is the right term bc if did not know how to properly put a video together it wouldn't matter
@@rozaati that’s facts. Proper presentation of everything is key to everything. I finally found out who was vandalizing my cars and it didn’t matter the law didn’t do anything. They moved out and my cars still fucked. That’s just the way of life without a camera or proper proof.
Imma stick to carbon fiber road bikes from now on
Another thing is what do you think working for a company is like? If you get hired on to a company that is in the public eye you are supposed to promote it. And why are you paying so much attention to the SE riders pockets? They all signed that contract. Makes me think you wanted to sign that contract but the problem is they never were going to present you with that opportunity. But you promoting SE bikes without being paid by them is crazy. Why would you push something so hard without getting paid by them unless you wanted to be a part of it?
Bruh, you tube signs the check not t
🤡 TL ,,dam this video really hurt your feelings 😆

Thanks for opening my eyes, now I know what SE Bikes stands for. As a parent of a teenager I won’t stand for grown men picking on kids. Going forward I won’t ever buy any products from this company. There’s just way to many other bike company’s to choose from. Haro is looking good to me.
This changes my point of view about se. Thank You Rozaati for making this and opening people eyes.
Man salute to oneway patches🫡. For having his man’s back. Keep talkin your shit Rozaati.! Cause you know they listenin!🤘
This is what it looks like when people don't get real jobs lol. They ride around on bicycles for content and fight with each other outside of gas stations.
Rozzati you should make your own crew
I would never support SE. Keep doing your thing, I'm a new subscriber
This gonna go VIRAL viral
Dang , I’m going to Cali for vaca & ride so cal 😭 wish my homie sent me this video sooner 😐 thanks for sharing ❤
Leave the young man alone ...met him in LA last month...kid likes to ride.....THEY PICKING ON HIM COUSE HES DOING HIS THING.....NOTHING BUT LOVE FOR YOU MY MAN....
i was gonna get an se bike but now that iwatched this video the behaviour from the se crew is disgusting especially from frank and d blocks. idk what bike imma get know but imma keep looking. love ur vids btw keep up the riding and all that and much love
never sell your integrity. the way SE bikes is managed by some 'random old man' (lol), and how it takes advantage of sponsored riders has been the way the bike industry (bmx) has conducted itself since the 70s. thank you for your expose on Todd and the brand he manages.
Im just here to share information
Ayo I didn’t know Neon was a rider 34:53
Bro your right 😂😂
Just watched this video & as a dad of a 16 yrs old son who wants to try this sport is Definitely a Concern. Keep your head up as well as keeping it 💯
⚽️ ⚽️ ⚽️ Dad/ Bike rider
Cycling as a sport is definitely a good thing and mtb & bmx have super great communities
but “bike life” and wheelie bikes seem to attract hood rats and wannabe thugs
On a side note I seen some trek owners a while back get angry at a LBS owner for not having trek related products I had coined the term *Trek Doucebag* but it looks like SE had taking the title haha.
omg finally somebody finally exposes them and there dirty tricks
Yeah they're garbage people. Hoodrats
