I have a big dueling tree on my work range. Not only are they loads of fun but they can be extremely beneficial. If you can get into that setup for$350 or under and it's well made, that a pretty good deal.
Brian Krucelyak yes it does come with the case, we were shouting it with a 9mm AR conversation rifle. It is 3/8 steel, but you would be shooting at your own risk (break it you bought it). I don't know if the center post would hold up to a hit or not and I definitely wouldn't shout it closer then 50 yards.
Ok all positive, but now I will list some negatives I've heard from multiple people, the stand is a very thin weak metal, and it can be hit and bent to wear a hammer will be necessary to break it down. The pole which slides into the paddles on some would not slide in without having to remove paint, some even had to drill out the holes bigger to get it slide in properly.

That's very cool, I only have access to a indoor range with the standard paper targets, I would love to have a place I could use something like that.
Dualing trees are fun. Even better with two shooters.

Can you shoot something like this with .22lr through a rifle? This is going for $226 on Amazon right now
You can but don't know if that caliber would be enough to flip the paddles, they make a cheaper version for 22lr.
