Most of the time its exhaust leak from the flange gasket or small pinholes. Common in lexus

Do you have a direct link to part or the part number (o2 extender)

Didbuou have to drill small hold to enlarge it with a drill bit? or was install just like that plug and play

Did not have to drill at all. Just have to remove the downstream 02 sensors and they thread onto them.then with the spacers on the 02 sensors just screw that into where the downstream 02 sensors go.i do recommend clearing your codes if you have a reader. if not just disconnect the battery for a good15-30 mins. @@AlbertoNarvaez-t2l

Yea blew a head gasket. Got it back together but I never put together the videos on it. Got a mk3 Supra and was thinking about posting vids on that but not sure. Hopefully that works for your gs!

@oxidizedDrftr how did you blow the motor was it fron the foolers

when I got my Gs it had the wrong coolant in it and it was not a 50/50 mix. It got really cold one night here in Idaho and it froze the mostly water in there. the next day when I drove it it got hot really quick and blew the head gasket. not really sure where it lost the coolant/water but I do know I blew a head gasket But its back together now and running better than ever.New valve seals, lapped the valves, milled the heads, cleaned the carbon build up on the pistons, and just started replacing and cleaning everything I could and moved on to my 1jz MK3 supra build.@@Mr.duke10783
