In most cases i'm with you Joy.
But in this review...not a single word you said. Sorry.
I own both and love both, but at the end of all, Greatness takes the cake for the overall better blended composition!
Now i share my opinion and some other peeps opinion i showed those 2:
Opening:
Greatness: Smooth, dry with a hint of spice( dominant notes 2 me: Safran, patchouli and a bit oud in the backround).
Glory: Spicier than Greatness and also sweeter and WAY stronger (louder) than Greatness, at least in the beginning
After 1h:
Almost identical, only difference i can detect, Glory is sweeter, Greatness drier and smoother.
Everything else is very similar.
Do yourself a favour and show Glory to some people after one hour, let them sniff it in the air.
Nobody on this damn earth would ever tell you you are wearing a clone.
They are nearly identical in the air after some time.
And all this was aproved by many peeps i let sniff both.
Overall lasting power: Greatness takes the cake 12H plus on my skin
Glory: 8-9h
He said you can smell the low quality in Glory, guys this is a lie.
This scent is very nice blended for its price nothing smells cheap.
I own over 130 niche perfumes from Amouage to Xerjoff, from freshies to heavy dark blends and i think i could detect something if it would smell "cheap" like he said.
But hey, this is also only my opinion.
It smells cheap to him bc he thinks its a mimic of BR540.
Only bc this frag contains a prominent safran note like BR540.
He also mentioned Oud Satin Mood in this context whst is dillusional. OSM is a completly different scent. Like wtf?
Now i want to ask Joy, has MFK ever stated that he has a patent on the note safran or whats the problem here?
This scent has nothing to do with BR540.
It has also a prominent medicinal oud note after 30min which BR540 doesnt have.
BR540 is a sugary sweet safran bomb.
This scent is darker, more vanillic, smokier and less sweet.
I understand and accept his opinion, but he said very wrong things in his descriptions.
Just my 2 cents.

Historically Lattafa have produced solid quality juices, and I suspect your review on Glory is spot on.
I REALLY like Oud For Glory! Such a great scent but my wife really doesn't like bold oud fragrances. Whenever I got to my home shop to do woodwork I spray it on just to smell the great scent.
I just won’t give $200+ for any fragrance. I just won’t do it. Lattafa will do just fine for me. It cost about $25 here in US. 🇺🇸
Awesome fragrance, excellent sillage and longetivity.
Compliment magnet too.have received many compliments from people who love woody fragrances.

I've got that Lattafa Oud for Glory and I tell you it is a beast, sprayed it on my skin, lasted over 8hrs plus, and on the clothes, easily a few days it lasted. I also sprayed it on a tissue and left it in my bedroom and I could smell it every time I walked past it and that went on for a few days.
how good was the projection?
Jaji Olatunde very good projection bro, 3-5 feet easy, like I said even after a few days I could smell it on my clothes like I’ve just applied it. And I’m only talking two, three sprays anything more than that would be filling the room out.

I compared them so many times, showes them to many people and most people told me its very similar only real difference would be, Glory is sweeter.

oud for glory is my top 2 if not fav. in my collection I love it a lot and it's my most complimented fragrance

You should probably need to give it a little more time. That was my initial reaction to OFG but now it’s on my list. Very expensive agreed.

Does oud for glory has the same dna of Lattafa raghba?
India and its neighbors are the source of some of the best perfume ingredients, cardamom , sandalwood, musk , etc etc. Do you review any of those products?
I have the full presentation of Lattafa Oud For Glory/ Badee al Oud. I have sprayed it 2/3 times and it wasn't what i expected. The price in Bangladesh is 2500 BDT right now. I am willing to let it go for 2000 BDT. Let me know if you are interested.

This fragrance gave me headache. Its super strong but really masculine and good smelling

This is sooo wrong imo.
Trust me i compared those 2 soo many times...ofc Greatness is the better blended scent no doubt, it also lasts longer on skin but the rest....no way.

Could you please recommend some affordable Neroli perfumes. Clones of Tom Ford Neroli Porofino will do.
Just Jack Neroli. About 85% to 90% similar. If you can get the UAE made will be good as it is aqua base hence more potent juice.
U can try Ferrari's bright neroli as well

I have to agree I can't justify the $250 price point. You can get Oud Wood from TF for less and use it in the same situations you would Oud for greatness! Basically paying for the presentation
yes , but have you smelled the new versions of oud wood ? atrocious performance . literally gone within an hour . Tom Ford is probably as bas as creed when it comes to reformulations , their scents have been watered down so much. Absolutely disgusting what these companies do. I am happy to pay huge money for quality niche fragrance but i can't stand when they have no performance

Lataffa Oud for Glory in my opinion is nowhere close to the Initio. There is resemblance yes, however, it smells very synthetic and almost "burnt". Yes it is a lot cheaper but would not wear it cause this is the kind of fragrance that you wear in a much more formal setting and unfortunately the way Oud for Glory comes off (in my opinion), would not be one that I would wear.
IT'S knowhere close to initio maybe on your skin, because this depends on Peoples skin but on my skin you will not tell the difference after 20 minutes... Lataffa is my choice Just because of the Price point but they are both Great fragrances..
I so disagree. I honestly believe people say this to try to convince themselves it smells different cause you got snickered into paying such a high price for something that goes for a lot lower.
I love the fact that the clones nowadays are not similar like they used to be, but more in the "EXACT" same scent. What you are seeing is the companies are taking it from the chemistry point and getting it dead on. Look at Parfums Vintage, Alexandria Fragrances a d Armaf. I have owned a bottle of Silver Mountain Water my whole life, and Sillage is IDENTICAL to how Creed made SMW back when it was the OG and not reformed.

Jeremy Hinze I called the juice in terms of quality, as for the bottle, I don’t know why they chose to make it that way, it’s unlike the Lattafa I know
