The museum doesn't have room for everything, they have to prioritize historically significant models or at least models by known builders. If they had the history on this model, assuming it has one, they would have kept it.
That Corvette is beautiful , your gain the museums loss! I saw these videos in the wrong order so I’ve seen the 56 Ford pick up and I’d say that these were built by the same person. It’s a shame we don’t know who built them, as this person was an awesome builder! Keep up the good work!
Yes, it really is a shame, they are excellent builds even by today's standards, I'd love to give the builder credit even though it's more than likely he is no longer with us. The museum usually receives these mass donations because the builder has passed on and the family just wants to unload the collection, we are just lucky these beautiful models didn't end up in the landfill.
Very cool ! I, too, have am a Corvette nut . There's a lot of ti.e and work in that model . I look forward to seeing the other model . Thanks gor sharing
That Corvette is an absolute stunner! Love it!! This is the stuff i really want to see here on youtube! Old survivors! Thank you so much for sharing this!
Really cool funny car model!
Really cool✌️
I love the corvette. I think only a modeler can truly appreciate the work and skill that went into it. Thanks for sharing.
that's a wild vette-I imagine built 1965-67-I bet it was a show winner back in the day--I can't see why the Museum did not want it
