Cooking Ethiopian food is very labor intensive, especially if you're starting from scratch, and that involves making the clarified butter and injera. It's all worth it in the end. 😊😋 You had asked about coffee -- You can have a coffee ceremony after the meal if you choose, but not during the meal if you're following Ethiopian tradition. Honestly, do what ever you want, though. I loved that you actually drank Ambo water. I haven't had it for a long time, and I'd have to drive to Chicago to get some.
