Nice Glide and Pumping Form. Any idea of Heart Rate during your Pump Session?

Garmin watch, worn under wrist (more accurate than worn ontop) shows 155-160. I will try with a chest strap to get more accurate readings. My max pump foil time on flat water with wind is currently 7 mins.
