So respect a man who is a liar - a cheater - untrustworthy - - the bible said Ephesians 5: 33 when the man loves his wife as himself - she "should" have deep respect for her husband - you can't have one without the other it works as a 2 way street also said Proverbs 16:18 - Pride before a crash and haughty spirit before stumbling
you didnt HEAR ( listen yes but not hear ) the message that Emerson gives... he NEVER said to RESPECT lies, cheating, etc... RESPECT his spirit... just as our FATHER LOVES the sinner * YOU AND ME * but hates and detests the SIN.... but I do hear you and understand you... :) Pray for you ( as I do for my own marriage )
@@angusscott8137 Correct and I did Listen and not just HEAR what was said - my point or opinion some men still think they are deserving of the respect even though they are disrespectful to the above things I mentioned hence my statement - also he mentioned pride and ego both are detrimental in any relationship and is spoken against as the results will only end bad. If a husband wants to be unconditionally. respected, he has to got to love her unconditionally. And you people please stop telling wives to respect their husbsnds after his behind has cheated.
