Awesome concepts...but where is the information about how to actually respect (or love) your spouse so you get out of the cycle. What if you are opposite? I feel disrespected and my husband is the one constantly asking for love that somehow isn't there.
Why is Eggerichs always defending “precious baby boys”? He has used that term in countless videos. Makes me ill. I have 2 daughters and one son. What about defending our “precious baby girls” from men that act like self centered, narcissistic a-holes?? Why don’t we teach our “precious baby boys” AND “precious baby girls” to treat EVERYONE with LOVE & RESPECT.
IF I MAY make a correction ... for Dr Emerson... in my opinion... The Title SHOULD"VE been ... RESPECT & LOVE! ... Respect... Humility and Patience IS THE FOUNDATION to ... LOVE! ... Thus why it should come first ... Respect..... ! ;) Just CLOSE YOUR EYES for a sec.... vision your partner telling you HOW MUCH they love you which they may... BUT as he said... Ur Partner NEVER did the dishes... or put the trash out ... or forgot to ... put the toilet seat down ? Or forgot your meeting or your birthday ? ? RESPECT starts that POSITIVE Deposit in our hearts that ma]kes US LOve that person.... Respect to remember .... REspect to empathize ... Respect to be patient ;) Just saying, hopefully Dr Emerson doesn't get bothered w/this opinion ? What do you guys THINK.... ? do u agree ? let me know ;)
