Però avrei sottolineato che il verbo stop e come gli altri da te elencanti possono comunque andare alla forma to+infinitive (giusto per non confondere poi in futuro le persone che stanno imparando) soltanto che assumerebbero un altro significato, nel caso di stop ad esempio "stoppare per fare un altra cosa", anziché "stoppare di fare una cosa". Ragazzi attenzione a questi verbi perché ne esistono diversi che seguono sia la forma in -ing che to+Infinitive. Consiglio a briller di fare un video proprio su questo se gli va! ;)

From my point of view isn't the same situation, because in the 15th exercise the subject seems to speak as if it were an institution (on behalf of). S/He said: "we have" like that "this institution has people from..." so the speaker is probably not part of the group but a manager of it. I hope I have correctly explained the different concept.
