That Yamaha kit is probably a rental or backline. If it's in Chile, I would expect Yamahas are much easier to come by.

No it's a Yamaha. His Heuer kit has Gretsch-style lugs. Those are Yamaha lugs, and the bass drum has the Yamaha square badge on the bass drum.
