I've had the FT3 since it came out, and it's fantastic. I wear them for hours most days. I'm pairing mine with a SMSL SH-8s or a HA540 MK2 from the SMSL SU-8s, and they sound really good (I use the suede pads). As you said, they're great value for the money. So premium feeling (so are the amps/DAC I mentioned, especially for the money- I bought my SH-8s for $130 on sale). I go between these and my Edition XS, and while the XS sounds great, it also creaks when I move the earcup, which is kind of annoying. For all day wear, I like these more.
Is this simalar to XS? I wanted to buy Ananda Stealth refurbished, but ft3 32 ohm version in my case) seems to be also great, better build, with great tonality, decent details and soundstage and it has longer guarantee...
@@mateuszprygon9551 I wouldn’t say all that similar to the XS. XS feels slightly more neutral to me, way more open, and lower build quality. I’d say the FT3 is closer to Sennheiser HD600 series headphones than to XS. I have the 350 ohm version, though, so I don’t know how the 32 ohm version compares.
@@lowercasegoat You like ft3 more than 600 series? It has more fun sound? Less neutral? More soundstage and bass? They have great tonal balance but natural timbre and overall technicallity isn't as good as Sennheiser i think...Do you think overall performance is as good as 600 series and are ft3 also all rounders?
@@mateuszprygon9551 I like FT3 better, yes. I think it is just a little more fun, and soundstage is bigger. I like them both a lot, though. For my ears, the FT3 is a better all-around headphone. If you’re listening tastes are heavy on vocals though, a HD6XX is better. I don’t know about technical performance. It’s really close. Both dynamic drivers are really good, and while the timbre might be shade better on the Sennheiser, I don’t think it outweighs the FT3’s strengths. They’re both really great. It’s pretty much win-win. I would definitely take FT3 over the 650, 660S and the 660S2. The HD6XX is so good for the price that I think that’s the only one that I’d be tempted to take over the FT3 if I had to pick one.

Just discovered your channel today, great review! Considering order the Fiio this Christmas.
bit weird review mate, next time please prepare a summary of the speech otherwise it's kind of confusing
sure, never making that kind of vid again, did not work well. Sometimes you try something new, and well...
@@TheBoomerConsumer no worries, your reviews are anyway very interesting and honest
