      yeah, definitely not an approved racket for tournament play

      @@veni1 I thought there was no limit to the size, thickness or shape of a blade, just that it has to be at least 80% wood?

      @veni1 5 месяцев назад

      @@alexbashforth4955 i guess it is actually allowed in the rules but idk if you can use some off-brand or DIY racket. normally people use the big brands, that are all of course ittf certified. idk man

      It is above the official thickness ?😅😅😅😊

      It's not stated on the rules except if the ITTF change it soon

    Good intentions but you need more graphic than words , we have a teacher who talks a lot but never show ...beginners dont progress or worst quit the sport. Good luck in the adventure , teaching is harder than the sport.

    Hello. I have started watching your vids. Please let me know/reach out how can I help to promote your content. You are obviously some hidden gem out there. My personal goal too, to promote table tennis to the middleaged, and especially those struggling with addictions, recovering from addictions, the elderly to prevent mental illness. I am training very, very hard to get to a proper level in the shortest time possible, which is exactly what your video partially addressess. Keep posting please, preferably with some excercises to do alone at the table at home OR at a club.
