Jacob had to do with dogs. The dog came to the mother so she can remember her daughter. But you still remember so vivid then the pain is bigger and and bigger by the day and eventually the mother died because of that pain and defined John in order to be ready and come to island in order to meet his destiny. Usually when a parent loses a kid and has other kids finds the strength to carry on because of other kid but when a parent everyday remembers the pain like in this situation with the dog eventually can't get through....
I like to do this bit from time to time to the people I don't know. Like throw this line in randomly. A: Nice weather eh? B: Yeath but its gonna rain soon, what do you think? Me: My sister died when I was 8
