Just discovered your videos with this tour, really enjoyed it so much, I really appreciate your love of Birmingham. Looking forward to watching more, many thanks and God bless.
Thanks so much Honestly I think Birmingham is just fantastic! I'm from Sheffield and wish our city centre had as many amazing buildings as Birmingham does
I love my city im a true Brummie as they say 🥰👌 Birmingham is such a thriving multi cultural town and I'm so proud of it so thank you bab another of our sayings lol for showing in all it's Christmas glory on here 🩵🌲🧑🎄🙏
Thanks Neil for showing us around the food market. It was absolutely amazing!! 🤩 I honestly didn’t expect it to be that good. It’s like being in Germany not Birmingham.
As much as I love Birmingham, the Christmas market is definitely much smaller than in previous years. Nearly all food and booze, not much in the way of gifts.
Birmingham Christmas Market is an awesome place to walk around with a little bit of everything for everyone especially with the rides but for me it would be the stores and places to eat of course. Have an awesome week as always stay safe, take care and until next time Thank You.🧋👋🇬🇧
@GimbalWalkTV I went last year and from what you have shown , there are more places to stand and eat/ drink which is useful. But for people who have not been , you show them exactly what they can look forward to! Well done.
All very nice, but if you really want to have a good time, make sure you take out a bank loan before you go. I am of course referring to the Christmas market prices. BAH HUMBUG !
Thank you for sharing this. Seemed more like October fest than Christmas as there did not seem to be a lot of gift shops. My wife’s family is from Birmingham and we last visited in 2019. As much as we liked it we couldn’t help but reflect that 80 years ago the Germans were bombing the crap out of Birmingham and today there is a Frankfurt themed Christmas market. Wonder what the Veterans of the war would think?
@plasterer1672 you mean like going to the church, donating goods and praying for the homeless instead of rife consumerism and getting pished? Didn't think so
Watching this rings home just how the demographics of Birmingham has changed , even all the stalls are run by south Asians, it didnt used to be like this, also most of the stalls are selling either booze or food , no gifts , the concrete barriers are a reminder of how the world has changed , and not for the better
I'm sorry but in this market you find a lot of old and spoiled food kept for years in freezers in Germany and the drink is the cheapest brought from the store shelves and sold at exorbitant prices. Bon appetite Birmingham !!!!
Love this time of year,I feel so festive
This has now become an annual family affair watching these Christmas Markets here in the US. Ice Cream and all on a Sunday.
GWTV - your channel really comes to life at this time of year 😊Perfect pre-festive viewing
Thank you so much!

Birmingham. One of the most umderated and beautiful cities in the world
Definitely agree
I absolutely agree with you ❤
The video quality is amazing !
If you don't mind me asking, what device is this recorded on.
Thanks.
Depends what I have on me - sometimes it's a gopro sometimes my phone and sometimes a Sony FX3 or A7Cii
@GimbalWalkTV Thanks. 👍

Really looking forward to watching your Christmas market’s videos 🎄
The View at 22:45 was featured on Sky TV some years ago when programmes were introduced
Not as big as i previous years but still good . A fantastic showing by you !
There's a lot more to it than I could film but I was filming with a busted knee so had to stop

Have a lovely week!
Great video!
I wanted to see more of the angry man smashing up the phone, that was hilarious 😂
He was very angry 🤣
Great

I never really hear anyone mention it to be honest. Am guessing there’s not that many veterans left now
nice market not biggest in the uk i went here few days ago it cost 17 pound for a burger and chips well over priced😄
It is the biggest authentic German Market in the UK nd only Authentic German Market being run by Frankfurt City Council
How long before Christmas markets become a thing of the past . With Our rapidly changing culture it might not be that long
I don’t know what that means
@plasterer1672 you mean like going to the church, donating goods and praying for the homeless instead of rife consumerism and getting pished?

Apart from that though you’re a happy person right? 🤣🤣🤣
@@hermankatnip
Why don't English people go ahead and put on some Christmas stalls instead of complaining about the demographics

That wouldn't be legal surely?
nice video , but sorry birmingham christmas is over priced had more fun at christmas markets in eastern europe
Eastern europe is boring
Awful people, amazing market!
😮😮😮😮😮
Waste of money the markets are, about time we stopped them and do our own traditional things and sorry but this one this year is awful
Stay at home - I will have all the fun at them with everyone else who loves them! ❤️🎄🎄
