I don’t normally watch these reactions because you miss so much when watching clips rather than full episodes, but this is such a great moment I’ll make an exception…
Abiout the costumes - they pick one costume to wear for all the pre-recorded tasks for the whole series. So whether you're in a heavy coat or a leotard, or whatever, you wear it for everything! And there's a statue of the Taskmaster (Greg) in the corner of the garden.
John was one of the more inept contestants so it wasn't too surprising for the others he messed up . The reveal in the studio and the look on their faces was brilliant .
They did this first on Taskmaster New Zealand, which is also well worth a watch. Series 2 in particular. Also search to the Diss Track task from Taskmaster NZ.
@@sarablack2547 There is a Taskmaster Australia, Canada (French), USA, Minnesota (unofficial I think), New Zealand, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Belgium, croatia, Spain, Portugal. Some are still airing and some have had 1-2 series.
The contestants are encouraged to choose a unique dress style for the filming of the tasks and have at least two "same sets" if one set gets damaged and also for continuity. I'm surprised you hadn't reacted to this earlier. Was a great cast line-up.
Great reaction, this is a classic moment from series 14, John is hilarious and he said this really affected him afterwards too as Dara had told other comedians how stupid he was. Each series has 5 contestants and 10 episodes, so there have been quite a lot now as it's series 18. The statue is of Greg the taskmaster too btw, each series has a different themed set design.
The contestants get to choose an outfit to wear for the tasks, and they wear them for all of them. As they're comedians most tend to go for something strange or funny.
Other channels have to put text over or sound to keep it on screen. Otherwise it’s an on screen off screen edit (you see ten seconds, then they cut it for ten seconds, then you see it for ten seconds) . And I think this channel prefers to keep the actual content they are reacting to on screen, uninterrupted. Which I personally prefer. But that’s just me. If any of that makes sense. I feel like I’ve somewhat butchered what I was trying to say
I personally prefer the opposite end of the survival TV show spectrum with Alone (show). Each contestant is totally alone and must survive... alone. Nice and blissful, with only bad luck and mother nature causing the drama lol Then again, I remember they had a duo edition a few years back, siblings and partners etc... let's just say they didn't bring that back lol Yep he did so well with being put in that awkward position (litterally too!) Thanks guys, always fun!
What is FFS? I’m also curious why our reaction channel bothers you so much??? An odd comment. It’s like someone going into a retail store and yelling “Come on! MAKE YOUR OWN CLOTHES AND SELL THOSE!”
My favourite bit is. ‘There’s a hole in the bucket!’
‘Oooohhh, nooooo’
Trust me. If you watch more tasks from that series, you'll quickly realise that John Kearns was perfectly cast for that role.
VEEEEEEEEEEEE!!
it gave one of the most underwhelming contestants ever a place in the highlights list...

“It’s me Fern Brady me Fern Brady….”
Most, if not all, participants decide on their Taskmaster 'uniform' or oufit - and stick with it throughout the series.

14 was a great series. And Fern was glorious.
The thing is that John is not better at the tasks where he's not sabotaging anything.
One of the best tasks ever in the series tbh. It was genius.

We've seen the NZ series here in the UK.
Is there an Aussie one too?

The statue is Greg Davies
This was one of the funniest tasks in the show imo

It’s too bad she took the loss so hard that she resorted to bad mouthing him to others.
@@BoringReviews Dara is the big, bald Gru-looking guy, not the woman- that's Fern Brady.
That’s right. I knew that was his name and then forgot it. I remembered him from 8 out of 10 cats. Thanks for clarifying.
Yeah, I felt bad that John had to sit on that for something like five months until the live show reveal. That seemed a little cruel

The fact that they lost (won the sabotage) by just 1 gram was the craziest part
It was a 100g but still very close.
Reach out to other Reactors, for tips on editing this show. Sure willing to help, good to see in order
out of context? you ok mate?

The statue was one of Greg.
Please please please react to Joe Wilkinson's infamous potato toss!
My missus watches Survivor and never stops talking about it.
Fern is so damn funny, fellow spectrum!
her brain is so unique. "have i met these potatoes before?" i mean, come on
Have you seen her Netflix special, it is so funny.
I had the 48k and the 128k 👍
Series 14 episode 3 if you haven’t already found it

My brother and mom like that show. I watched a few episodes with them. That’s crazy as well
They have to wear the same outfit for all the filming as the tasks aren't showen in the order they were filmed.
Some wear wacky costumes.
If you watch the whole show. They need to wear the same outfit for all tasks
Thanks...
Please watch the video Taskmaster Greg Davies pranks contestants with secret solo tasks
Why not just watch the full episode?
Copyrights. We tried it once and it was a nightmare. In editing I had to chop up so many things just to get it out.
Aw I miss watching your channel. Zero interest in Taskmaster though. See you soon I guess.....

Oh FFS, get a life and make some of your own content
bloody hell bob - people love reactions. how about you do something positive today?!
