Love all your purchases at the retreat. I’d love a retreat but being in Northern Ireland it works out so expensive to get over to any, maybe when I win the lottery 😂. Glad you had a good time x
Aaah I know, Eimear the Irish stitcher travels from Dublin and it looks a nightmare with hand luggage restrictions! Hopefully there will be an Irish one, one day!x
Great video as always. I see we are both booked to the Southampton retreat in 2024... I'm so excited already, its going to be a long wait 🤣 just joined the other groups you suggested too. Happy Stitching x
Thank you so much for posting this!!! I just heard about cross stitching retreats and saw a few about NOBAM. Could you tell me though, I couldn't quite make out (and tried to Google) what does NOBAM stand for?
Hiya, As a relatively new stitcher It was helpful that you described what it is like at a stitch retreat and showed some footage. I was wondering how much stuff you actually brought with you? I saw on Teresa Little Stitcher's video that there were Lowry stands and lights and wondered if that stuff is provided or do you have to bring all that stuff with you? sorry if it sounds like a stupid question.
Hi Ellinesscrafts! Good question! Some people take the whole works... light's, lowercase, a full set of dmcs!! Me on the other hand, as I come on the train I bring 2 or 3 wips, essentials like scissors etc, and save plenty of room for new purchases!x
Thanks for sharing the retreat with us. It looks like so much fun. Do you know if there is any other way of finding information about the retreat as I’m not on facebook
Hi Tracy! It is a really fun time! That is a good question! I'm not too sure how you would find out without Facebook, some are advertised through Instagram too... I'll see if I can find a contact number for you!
Ooh that would be great if you could find another way to contact them about this retreat. I’ve not seen any through Instagram, I’ll have to have a look there too. Thanks
I totally agree that stitchy weekends are the best weekends all year. Shopping and stitching; what could be better?
Exactly!! Dream holiday!x
A really nice video Fay. Loved seeing all the things you bought at the retreat. Have a great weekend.
Aah thank you Debbie! I had a fab time!x
It was lovely to see you again! Retreats are such a perfect experience ❤️
Oh they are!! I'm so impressed you managed to get that lowery stand in your hand luggage!! 💜

I'm from the RoI but I'd love to organise a retreat here someday! Hopefully that'd be easier for the Northern stitchers to get as well ❤️
@@eimeartheirishstitcher that would be brilliant x
Great video, Fay! X
Ah thank you so much!!x
