My new coffee company, First Supply Coffee --- firstsupplycoffee.com Follow First Supply Coffee on Instagram --- instagram.com/firstsupplycoffee I've been working on building this coffee company on and off for over a year. I'm stoked to announce today as the official launch date for First Supply Coffee! Your support in RUclips and this new venture is more appreciated than you know. I'm so grateful for every one of you and the community we've built. Here's to 2020!
The website looks amazing! There's a small issue that I encountered; when you're on the "coffee" section, the "about us" link doesn't work. Thought I should let you know. Looking forward to seeing First Supply Coffee grow. 757 baby!
Yup, navbar links doesn't work outside the landing page. The quantity input doesn't show any numbers in Firefox. And make sure to have a direct link to the privacy policy. It's a great looking site, and enjoy growing your own business!
Also it would be nice if you can make a tutorial or video on how you started your coffee business! Giving tips and ideas or advice etc! What. Offe suppliers did you go to? I can’t make my own coffee beans but I rather buy from a roaster? Or coffee supplier? And sell it off? Can I do that? Or do I really need to make my own coffee to start?
You all prolly dont give a shit but does anyone know a tool to get back into an instagram account..? I stupidly forgot the account password. I would love any help you can offer me
I've worked in ecommerce for a couple of years, heres some quick tips on the page to increase sales. I'd add a review section on your product page, and also more info about the coffee on the actual product page(people like to scroll down). Make sure you start a hashtag so you can collect customers photos of your coffee and add to the site, we life in the age of social proof after all. Can't wait to try the coffee! :)
Great to see yet another product of hard work and determination. Hopefully your continuing the process and succeeding within your business meanwhile it is a fun yet patient business. We're always excited to see fellow coffee distributors enjoying their business journey.
Oh my, didn't know you would invest in coffee. Like a year before, I'd asked Joshua if he would like to, but he doesn't want to. I wish you good luck on your startup!
I love coffee! Awesome Company name, awesome Logo, awesome Website, awesome script and storytelling on the video. I’m from Brazil, I wish I could try out your coffee. Started watching your videos yesterday and I’m already a big fan. You’re doing it the right away buddy.
dude! as a habitual coffee drinker you really did your thing on this, clean website, clean logo, just everything to the bag itsself and i just know the coffee will be just as great. Wow! proud of you Forrest i'll definitely be buying a bag!
man i wish i could justify ordering some, coffee is a huge passion of mine but the shipping alone is $22 to the uk. Good luck though! make a name for yourself!
hey dude, I hope you see this comment because I guess it is so important what I want to say is when you hover on buy now button the color goes blue instead, as you have designed it so professional I think the coffee bag color would make a better fit.
Bro so happy for you and excited for this new venture of yours! Huge coffee addict myself so I’ll be sure to order once my next pay check comes in. Best of luck and continue to inspire us
Coffee tastes better slightly salty, it brings the flavor out. Sweetness masks underlying flavors and different aromatics. Delivery idea is nice but need a product catalog
This is so dope. Congrats! Thanks for the great content, I’m thinking of majoring in cs next year and your videos are very helpful in getting a feel for what to expect. Not much of a coffee drinker right now but if I start drinking it I’ll give you a try
went to the website to buy and the website is gone, therefore I asume is not longer in business and this video produces more money than the coffee company
Good luck Forrest! And also an amazing next video would how you developed the site? Maybe some walkthroughs, what components, languages, frameworks you used etc?
Congrats on launching the coffee company. Checked out the website, which looks great. Wanted to mention that it looks like the original images (non-webp versions) aren't optimized for web. Loading some of the pages in Safari took about 20-30 seconds. Give me a shout if you need any additional details. Again, congrats!
8:11 udesly "adapter" ($16/yr) is the theme converter referenced to turn a webflow design into a shopify theme. Great for iterating on design, rapid prototyping and making MVP's but caveats for growth, like it can easily create a blindspot of not knowing what features the target platform's theme system is capable of doing. When using *any* _automatic-code-generators_ for a business keep an eye on the long term maintenance as things like hiring experts to implement changes, or installing some apps,third-party integrations, etc will become inefficient versus code built from the ground for a specific platform like shopify that has conventions to ease web development. Also udesly "resources"($50/yr) are plugin like features they offer that are javascript based so just like shopify-frontend-apps probably best used in moderation so don't to use too many on one page without proper testing the performance of your webpages.
Congratulations , Just want to make a remark , Ultra roast or dark coffee is for cover defects and the quality of coffee , then people of the US are culturaly liked the dark roast because custom but actually higher quality coffee should roast maximun medium if Will not get used in espresso profile . Bud mostly good coffee or Specialty coffee are roasted medium or light , then others coffee lower quality are getting burn . Just a remark best luck wishes best regards
My uncle just started a coffee company with no work behind it, no branding, just some regular coffee in a bag and is expecting to build off of that smh what a world we live in…

I would personally like a footer of higher width
Also it would be nice if you can make a tutorial or video on how you started your coffee business! Giving tips and ideas or advice etc! What. Offe suppliers did you go to? Oh my, didn't know you would invest in coffee. Like a year before, I'd asked Joshua if he would like to, but he doesn't want to. I wish you good luck on your startup!
Also the history behind you was a shock, because you have the information dated back long time ago.
The website's looking great! But minor mistake where you couldn't navigate from 'our coffee' tab to 'about us' tab. Maybe there's an issue behind it?
Super excitied to hear about this! Can't wait to get my hands on some, congrats!!!
Thats fucking dope dude!
I think you have ascended to peak hipsterness mate!
Looking good ;)
Literally watching you talk about Jamestown while riding the ferry into Jamestown.

You’re doing it the right away buddy.
I know I'm late to the party lol but, what was the rough cost of getting it started? If you don't mind me asking
@ForrestKnight
fyi a native subscription feature is in the works for shopify, never hurts to ask their support if there's a beta signup.
First you created this RUclips channel. Now a coffee company. Seizing your imagination and bringing it to life. 👍🏻👍🏻

ForrestKnight, there is a problem with the web page, if you go on the coffe page, and then click the about us button, nothing happens.
Good to hear the story behind it.
