NEVER, EVER believe a representative who tries to convince you that everything in business is okay after a good o'fashion gundown in any business (especially at an airport where every worker is paranoid about an atttack) he was wise to call the first time, but he should have insisted on either refunding the tickets or changing airports. Once it was obvious that the flights were canceled, it was too late. And it wouldn't matter if he called the Macron Show or Homeland, they are very flimsy when it comes to helping customers resolve their problems, and almost all flight problems are caused by the airlines
