I wanna do something similar without adding a leveling kit. Have air suspension and it’s time to switch out tires. Got a 2016 Rebel and wanna keep my 17s but get bigger tires.

I'm guessing a -24 would fit perfectly in line with the fender flares running a 33 12.50

Yeah they will. 33s will even fit if your running stock height. My truck is leveled with -24s on 35s. Rubs at full turn.
