Have you had any issues with these spacers? I wish they were made in America. I just got my set today. Approx how many miles you got on them before you got rid of the truck brother?
Wheel spacers can cause accelerated wear on suspension and hub components because of the added stress that they place on parts that were designed to certain tolerances by the manufacturer. Because the wheels are further from the hub, more stress is placed on the wheel bearing, hubs and/or axles, potentially causing these parts to fail prematurely. Heavier Steering Depending on the size of the wheel spacers, the steering will potentially become heavier. The wider track means that more effort is needed to turn the wheels, which can make it more difficult to turn the steering wheel. Again, this is dependent on the width of the spacer. A small, ¼-inch width spacer will not have as much effect as a 1- or 2-inch spacer.

What size are those tires?
285/60-20
@@DOOWORKMOTORSPORTS thank you
Do you notice a difference in how much the front tires stick out compared to the rear? I noticed my truck is off about 1/2 inch from where the rear tires sit compared to the front ones.
No, I haven't noticed that..
The hub centric link doesn’t state the spacers are compatible with 2019 Dodge Ram ... am I missing something?
They don't say compatible because the seller doesn't have the new 2019 Ram specs in their listing yet, but I'm here to tell you that they fit just fine. No modifications needed!
So what's to test but they must protect themselves. These are about as technical as cool spring spacers.
DOOWORK PRODUCTIONS do you know if they might fit on a 2019 RAM 1500 LIMITED..? If so, do you know if they also have em on 1.5”..? Thanks for the feedback pal..👍🏼
@@MrJordipar YES, these will work on a Limited.. Same bolt pattern. and yes they do make a 1.5" wheel spacer but you have to trim your factory lugs in order for the wheel to fit flush against the hub centric spacer. So I do not recommend going with 1.5" spacers because of that reason.
DOOWORK PRODUCTIONS thank you so much for the info... appreciate it...!!!
Really cool videos, keep it up bud 👍🏼
After a year and a half... Do you still like them? Would you do it again?
Yes and Yes
That's real nice!
Does it rub when you turn?
Only at full turn in reverse..
This looks great. I love this look. Would you be able to tell what size these tires are?
285/60-20
@@DOOWORKMOTORSPORTS Thanks for the information!
Now you're gonna need to check/ invest in some Fender Flares to keep that Salt and Rocks off the Side of Your Truck...In White or Black...Your Preference...Im doing the Same with My White 23' Ram 1500...Thanks for letting me know what it looks like now! Appreciate the Video.
Love your videos, the Amazon link takes me to a wheel spacer for Chevy product. Is that the correct one? Thanks again and keep up the great work. I just did a 2.5 level and it looks killer
Yes that is the correct link. Chevy shares the same bolt pattern now being that the 5th gens went to a 6 lug..
@@DOOWORKMOTORSPORTS Really appreciate it. Have you had any issues? Tire wobble etc?
@@lancegriffin2496 No issues at all!
@@DOOWORKMOTORSPORTS very nice truck..looks awesome.i have a 2011 larimie ram crew cab 4x4 can u tell me which spacers are good and how do i torch them sorry im newbie to this
With fender flares I would go with 2” but without I’m going smaller .
I have a 2020 big horn just wondering if u can install spacers without doing anything with the lift ?
Looks good. You must have a 2 inch level kit up front? What is the BFG tire size??
Thanks, Yes, 2.5" Moto Fab Leveling Kit. Tires are 285/60-20
Hi gorges.
Sorry I don’t recall who made the 1” spacers. However they were made by one of the more well known companies and made in US. Good luck James Jannell
That's a beautiful truck, If I had that in Michigan I would grease the whole underside in axle grease! I think you need some short flaps to keep the rock chips an debris off the sides or film wrap some of the most vulnerable areas.
Will they fit ey 2006 Tahoe it's ey 6 lug pattern also
That is a nice looking truck!
Doea this truck have a lift or leveling kit installed?
2.5" leveling kit
Hey I pulled up your Amazon link and the spacers must not be offered anymore. Do you have a new link. Trying to order some for my new 2021 ram Laramie CC
Just type in Amazon 6x5.5 bolt pattern 2" wheel spacers. Make sure they are hub centric and you will be good to go!
@@DOOWORKMOTORSPORTS I guess before I order these I need to pick your brain. I have OEM 22x9 wheels. Do you think I will have rubbing on my 22’s. I know you where running 20’s just curious if you think running the spacers on OEM 22’s vs OEM 20 wil yield same results or different result. Al help is appreciated
Truck looks great!!! Where are the tail light covers from? I can’t find them for the new body....
Thanks, and actually I spray tinted the taillights with VHT nightshades..
Thanks!!!
Every one jumps on the “tie rod” “wheel bearing” band wagon. I’ve done the 2” spacers and a 3”/2” level! OMG my shit should be flapping on the ground? Wrong, 62,000 miles still solid as day 1. Love the look, dislike the spray, but I get free car washes for life, and dealer is 1.5 miles from me.
Seriously it puts a lot of stress on wheel bearings, I've seen it be better off to buy off-set aftermarket wheels instead of "shade-tree" Mechanic spacers.
My stock F150 wheel bearing went out at 38,000 miles. I tow a 3000 lb boat, and a 4000 lb landscape trailer all the time. Agreed, I believe stuff will wear out quicker. However guys will have you believe your shit will break within a few miles. At 62,000 miles I see no issues developing that would cause me concern. I have no reason at this time to believe any wear is occurring whatsoever. I do not off-road. I have however gone over a few wagon trails.
I am not sure if my question is already in the messages. Is your truck lifted? Will it rub to the fender? I have 275/70R18 planning to put 2 inches wheel spacer. My truck is not lifted.
Yes, leveled 2.5"...
