I’m in pain just watching these videos. Aren’t there any hip exercises that don’t iterate the lower back and knees?
Hello I have got questions. If I do the glutes bridge, does it help to stretch hip flexors, quad,back, knee....etc??

When I try this stretch, I get a Charlie horse in my hamstrings. Hurts like heck! I can’t even complete the stretch
