Actually it does stay in d minor all the way. The A7 Chord just uses the raised 7th of harmonic minor cause the dominant chord has to be major and the Dmin7 uses the lowered 7 of natural minor.
So it’s just a IV - V - I
I really like this one! If I had to suggest one it'd be jazzy drill like a Kendrick Lamar type beat but made into drill.
