conversion codes are rarely anything to do with the scr, its a leaking exhaust, one of the nox sensors reading incorrect, or low quality def, the doc failing

Yes... Had P10300 coming up too often. Truck would ask for regen every 2nd or 3rd day. After regen everything would go back normal, just the soot level would go up very quickly to level just before regen. Asked volvo about SCR failure frequecy. They said it wont fail that often. Thats when they asked to check for exhaust leaks... Found few leaks before DPF. But the main culprit was the leaking gaskets around the flex pipe that goes after DPF to the SCR box. That thing had DEF builtup solid inside blocking about 1/2 of the pipe..
That would explain why ECM thought the DPF was getting full. Cleaned up and put back with new gaskets and clamps and everything is back to normal now

not true, SCRs fail regularly. If you’re troubleshooting properly, you’d pinpoint the failure.

Ryan, check the video I have on it also. A crack develops where the def dozer attaches to the mixing bowl which causes crystallization of the def in the bellows

Ryan, i have a 2013 KW T660. It came with Thermoking APU already on it. But the problem is, it won't start. All it does is beeeeeeeeep, beeeeeeeep, and beep! I have checked fuses, connections, wires, oil, and. I was told there is a reset button. I have had very little finding it. Do you have suggestions as to why my APU won't start? And where is the reset button at? Any help is greatly appreciated!
