some very valid takes here for sure, i do agree with adam reynolds, he will be worse i reckon, but considering their extent of amazing players in walsh, mam, haas, carrigan and so on, i think they will be fine. choking in grand final could damage them, but it could also see them work even harder to get back there. vegas disruption is just one game, it should be fine, but who really knows in this day and age. the losses of farnworth and fleger are massive, but we'll just have to wait and see how it turns out. awesome takes my bro, thanks for commenting!

You are right statistically,but the Penriths foundation is still brand new still they lost alot of star power but Nathan cleary is the one that makes a
difference.His GF performance last year was unbelievable.

Panthers lost Kikau, Koroisou and Staines in 2023, and yet they still won the GF. Now losing Crichton, Salmon, Cogger, Lenui won’t make it any different.

Parramatta finishing 5th is the maximum I would have them at in terms of ladder position. I think at their best they can finish 5th-8th.
100% agree, i just feel like they are in for a big year. last year they had so many injuries as well, i just think it's crazy how people see them as like a 13-12th kinda team.

m8 I'm gonna be honest Sydney won't make the top 4 I can't trust them I don't even think will make the 8 next year the Dominic Young signing might not work plus he's a POM whenever we sign these international UK players they fail to meet the expectation. A positive note is the signing of Spencer Lemiu I love his aggression so who knows with next year I think all pundits should stop saying Sydney will make the Top 4 I'm telling you where a team that has to grind their way into making the top 8. I wish my team all the best for next year but I'm worried that were going to hit reality pretty damn soon.
fair take and thanks for commenting; tbh, i feel like they did get a reality check last season and they still made finals! i honestly do think the dom young signing will work - i do agree with the take of roosters' signings of international uk players failing to meet expectations, but most of them are coming from the super league, and the level of talent in the super league is a lot less than the nrl and therefore, is a big step up for such players. dom young has played in the nrl before and last season, was one of the best wingers in the comp, so i wouldn't stereotype him with them... how they played towards the end of the season (specifically finals) is the level i think they will be at next year or higher...
